Chihuahuas and Their Adaptations
Chihuahuas are the smallest breed of dog in the world, with the average adult weighing anywhere from two to six pounds. No one is completely sure where the breed of Chihuahuas originated, but an ancestor of this tiny dog might have been the Techichi breed. The Techichi is a small, mute dog, and its origins date as far back as 8 A.D. These dogs lived with the Mayans and the Toltecs. The Techichis had long hair and were bigger than the average modern day Chihuahua. It is highly probable that Techichis were bred with a smaller, hairless breed called the Chinese Crested dog, which led to the emerging of the now popular Chihuahua. When the Aztecs took over the Toltecs, they embedded the Techichi breed into their society. The Aztecs believed that the Techichi had supernatural powers, such as the ability to

A Chihuahua’s small size can also be seen as an advantageous feature. The Chihuahua can easily maneuver through small places to hide or escape from larger predators. The Techichi was larger and mute; this may have contributed to their extinction. Chihuahuas are the world’s smallest dog breed. They also tend to live longer because of this. Chihuahuas can live up to seventeen years old. Large dog breeds age faster than smaller breeds and with the Chihuahua being the smallest dog breed they tend to live longer than most other breeds especially the significantly larger ones such as the Great Dane. The amount of body mass can affect a dog’s life dramatically. For every 4.4 pounds of body mass a dog gains, it loses one month of life expectancy. A Great Dane’s or St. Bernard’s life expectancy is less than ten years. This is a significant difference between the life expectancy of larger breeds and the Chihuahua. The chihuahua’s small size is a big plus for the breed, giving them an average life span of eight years more than larger breeds. The Chihuahua breed is like no

On February 25th, 2000, Adnan Syed was convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, via manual strangulation six weeks prior. Brutal right? So are false convictions. Adnan Syed did not murder Hae Min Lee nor did he have anything to do with her death. However, without a doubt, Jay Wilds, his alleged partner in crime, was involved.
There may been times when people have been treated unfairly, just because of their appearance or their social life.
The Miniature Schnauzer is a breed of small dog of the Schnauzer type that originated in Germany in the mid-to-late 19th century. Miniature Schnauzers developed from crosses between the Standard Schnauzer and one or more smaller breeds such as the Poodle and Affenpinscher, as farmers bred a small dog that was an efficient ratting dog. They are described as "spunky" The first recorded Miniature Schnauzer appeared in 1888, and the first exhibition was held in 1899.

...and weight of the male Labrador Retrievers range from (40 to 45 kg) female Labrador Retrievers range (36 kg to 40 kg), and a long coat, science helps us to attain this goal by selective breeding program which may include 20 to 25 generations to get these domesticated specific breeds. . Science also helps us to achieve the task by continuously consulting with paleontologists to research the skeletal structure of dogs and compare the existing bone and body structure to previous breeds. In this regard, Associations have established strict rules and regulations for breeding as well as created a way to unify all breeders in a wide-ranging system in order to promote healthfulness and reward breeders who consistently produce specifically heavier, taller and with longer life span puppies for this purpose by adopting crossbred lines and standardized breeding practice

People inhabiting the Aleutian Islands, other Islands in Bering Sea, and parts of western Alaska were called Aleuts. Many Aleut men departed their homes for lands beyond the horizon. They began their journey on June 1, 1775, they all got on the St. Paul and returned to Siberia. Two Aleut men wanted to travel home instead of going to the Russia cities, but their determination to get to the land was at high. They traveled for months across mountains, through forests, and across icy fields. A treaty in 1727 ensured that trade go through Kyakhta or Tsurkhaitu first. Kyakhta had some houses from wealthy merchants. The Russians had valuable medicinal properties. In exchange, the Russian vessels visited the archipelago to gather furs. A year later,
The story of the Hokulea, a model of the first canoes that brought the first Polynesians to Hawaii, is a story that restores cultural pride and history to Hawaiians. Her legacy was almost extinct, but survived and restored the relationship that society has with its island home. More than 600 years had gone by without seeing one of these canoes, until artist Herb Kane thought to build a sailing canoe just like the ones his ancestors sailed (“The Story of Hokulea”). Responsible for being the cornerstone of Polynesian culture, the Hokulea has evolved over many years and has helped revive a heritage that was almost lost.

This being said, it is helpful to me because it supports other sources that speak more in depth on the topic. I would recommend this source to other researchers only as additional support, not as a source to base their research on. The video “Dogs and More Dogs” presents one of the most perplexing questions in evolutionary biology: how did the diversity of dogs evolve from a relatively homogeneous population of wolves. Anthropological data suggests that dogs came into existence some fifteen thousand years ago. In terms of the history of earth and the majority of the organisms that inhibit it, dogs are still very young. It is thus very remarkable that one species (wolves), which must have looked somewhat alike, could have given rise to the huge differences we see between the Chihuahua and the Golden Retriever.
In the year 3000, the planet Earth is a desolate wasteland. It has been a little over a half a century since the “big one” hit the Earth. The majority of the human race has been eliminated with only a few hundred remaining. The only ones who have survived barely made it on to the spaceship as the big one smashed the Earth. Marcus is one of the many survivors coping with solar winds and debris floating around the Moon. After half a century, the survivors are running out of supplies on the moon. The crew must go back to post-apocalyptic Earth and explore the wasteland. Marcus knows that this journey will not be an easy one. They encounter different
