Cervical Cancer is the most common cancer that occurs in the women reproduction system world wide It is known as the silence killer. Acording to World Health Orgazation there is an estimated of 445 000 new cases in 2012 (84% of the new cases worldwide). In 2012, approximately 270 000 women died from cervical cancer; more than 85% of these deaths occurred in low¬ and middle¬income countries. Cervical cancer is found in the women's cervix. Due to new technologies and vaccines such as Human Papiloma Virus vaccine Cervical cancer can be a preventable disease. Women can now discuss the risk and prevention to reduce their chances of catching cervical cancer wiith their healthcare provider.
