Years ago, just a few persons would become a legend in their lifetime like Jesus, Socrates, Homer, Alexander the Great due to their virtues, talents or royal lineage. Nowadays it has changed considerably. Technology has the greatest role in our relationship with a one hit wonder, making a habit to have a daily fad of celebrity gossip.
While statistics say that society is becoming narcissistic it is also true to say that we are significantly more aware of each individual.
One positive side is that we can easily share our opinion with a person on other country. These allow us to be aware of resplendent ideas and accomplish them. Indeed, we can use the impact to highlight global issues and found a solution.

Another drawback is that the more they obtain fame, the more their moves are scrutinized. They are idolized by millions but at the same time, detested by millions too. Kim Kardashian is one of the highest celebrities in our society, nevertheless each day is more and more judged. She has to pay off the price that comes with fame, in other words she has to accept the stereotypes people generate about her such as that her booty is fake.
So, is technology affecting the celebrity culture? As was previously stated, technology has a considerable importance in celebrity culture. In my opinion it significantly affects the way we look the wordm. They make us believe that some celebrity is acceptable or dreadful according to their supposedly actions and beliefs. We don’t know in reality what are their thoughts we only know the gossip that travels around the community. They have the same rights of privacy that us so I say we don’t need to get into their life’s and judge them for something that assuredly is
