Today divorce in America has been growing and becoming a common problem in the United States. In marriage, some people are unable to maintain their relationship so they choose divorce as the last option. Poor communication, lack of commitment to the marriage, financial problems, and physical or psychological abuse are the four main causes of divorce. Divorce not only has a lot of causes, but it also has many effects.
Poor communication is one of the main causes of divorce. When two people lack communication, they are unable to resolve problems that may occur in the marriage. Many couples are too busy with work and other things to talk out their problems and handle situations with each other. Good and open communication is crucial in the relationship of a husband and wife to guarantee that both partners understand each other. Failure to be able to address particular issues with your partner most likely will have you heading for divorce.
Another cause of divorce is lack of commitment to the marriage. Infidelity or more commonly known as “cheating” is one of the main reasons for divorce in the US.
