INFLATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT
Definition of Inflation
Price increases may be temporary or ongoing. When the increase lasts for a long time and occur almost on all goods and services, so this phenomenon is called inflation. So, the price increase on one or two types of goods cannot be categorized as inflation.
In economics, inflation means an increase in the general price level of goods and services in an economy over time. With the increase in the general price level, each unit of currency can only buy goods and services in an amount much less than before. Thus, inflation also reflects the decline in the purchasing power of money in respect of a loss of real value in the internal medium of exchange and unit of account in the economy.

Causes of Unemployment
Poor communication skills:
Many fresh graduates cannot master many languages, especially international language or English. English is important in the era of globalization and information communication technology (ICT) today. We need graduates who not only have confidence, foresight and eloquence to speak or communicate. Therefore, employers will hire workers based on their strengths to master English because many companies use English as the language of communication.
Choosy attitude:
Graduates nowadays are now too choosy. Positions must be applied for higher positions within the company. For example, the general manager of a decent job with a degree that they have. When there is no vacancy in the office, then they would rather be unemployed than work that is not equivalent or equal to their degree. They do not want the shame to do a job that starts from the bottom. No manager found a job upon completion of the reverse learn more from the bottom to accumulate

Most graduates choose to go into the workforce to find ways to utilize their degrees and
In an economy, aggregate demand (AD) accounts for the total expenditure on goods and services. It has five constituents; Consumer expenditure (C), Investment expenditure (I), Government expenditure (G), Export expenditure (X) and import expenditure (M), This gives us: AD= C+I+G+X-M. Aggregate supply (AS) on the other hand is the total supply of goods and services in the economy. Increasing AD and decreasing AS both cause demand-pull and cost-push inflation respectively. Demand pull inflation occurs when aggregate demand (AD) continuously rises, detailed in Figure 1. The AD curve continuously shifts to the right, as demand continuously increases, from point a to b to c. This consequently causes an increase in the price level of goods and services. As prices rise, costs of production also increase, causing producers to reduce output (a decrease in aggregate supply (AS)), shifting the AS curve to the left and leading to yet another increase in prices, (t...

Vamsidha et al. (2014) price escalation is defined as changes in the cost or price of specific goods or services in a given economy over a period and is a similar to the concepts of inflation and deflation except that escalation is specific to an item or class of items. Individuals that are classified as underemployed or overqualified have to deal with many problems. Lastly, students faced with underemployment can lead to lower levels of job satisfaction, work commitment, job involvement, internal work motivation and can have a negative attitude towards their job and life (Feldman & Turnley, 1995, p. 694-695).
