Catholic Education is one of the most efficacious decisions in human lives. Though countless people will debate that public education is more valuable as it may come at a lesser cost, in truth, it may cost even more than a Private Catholic College just not in the way that the world believes. In life, only one particular truly matters: loving the Lord and spending eternity with Him. Consequently, in true Catholic Colleges, this is the priority for their students not solely making money or educating their students so they may be shoved into the workforce. These colleges, though few, offer the truth, not the illogical relativism that public colleges tend to propagate, but the authentic logical teachings of the Magisterium. I desire to attend a university because there I will learn the Word of God instead of being indoctrinated in the lies of society. What is better at lie or the absolute truth from God? My soul is too valuable to risk losing it by being shoved around during the formative years of life, called college. Countless times at secular universities, students tend to fall away from the faith and the sacraments as their friends, even the Catholic ones if I may add, have “decided” that the Church is just not for them. On the other hand, genuinely Catholic institutions will provide a priceless community, which will encourage me to receive the Lord in Holy Mass quite often. Hopefully, I will be ingrained with this devotion to Christ, in the Eucharist, so for the rest of my life I will be devoted to Jesus and then enjoy rest eternity in communion with Him, thanks to Catholic
