In the 4Q2016, TFA4 provided Schedules of Amounts Due and Allonges. "Put Letters" were sent to Tri-Global Financial Services and its Owners/Guarantors on October 28, 2016, and effective 12/15/2016, we took over the servicing of TFA4 loans.
