Central Bank is the main important institution that playing roles as the center of the financial system which have functions to control a financial stability and monetary stability in the country. Whether the financial system is running well or there might be happened a trouble while organize the financial system, all of that and all the activities related to financials are fully a responsible of Central Bank in each country.
As the student in President University that studying about Banking and Finance, we are truly interested to explore more about the central bank issues. Whether it’s will give impact or not to Indonesia, since the Deutsche Banks have a lot of intervention in markets around the world. There is a fortune-telling, one of the largest banks in Europe that would collapse due to financial difficulties and capital because penalty that claim by US $14 billion or Rp 181.6 trillion from mis-selling low-cost housing loans (subprime). Deutsche Bank even rumored to have failed to pay debts totaling $ 425 billion and bankruptcy. It can trigger a domino effect to the global financial system.
