I choose to research environmental science for my topic. I’ve always enjoyed nature and sciences and found this career very closely related to those interests. I wanted to find a career that involved interest I already had. There are many different sciences; this one was the one that stood out the most to me. I discovered this career after looking into possible career choices in the Air Force. The aspect of this career interested me, and quickly became a consideration for a future career choice. I choose to research environmental science so I would become completely aware of all the parts and aspects of being an environmental scientist and their impact in everyday life.
As an environmental scientist you work both in an office and out in the field. They are expected to analyze environmental problems in the air, water, or soil. Problems that may be found include chemicals, waste, or other harmful substances. They develop plans to prevent or solve any problems that are found while analyzing a site. After this they must form a presentation with data of their discoveries and show them to the business or government group that hired them to insure the safety of a building site. As an environmental scientist businesses will hire you to search one of their sites for any harmful substance that might be found. These harmful substances could be found in the air, water, or soil. If any of these are found building must be delayed to remove these substances. This is a requirement before anything can be built or rebuilt on any land. This allows problems to be prevented in the building structure and keep the people safe when the structure is finally built. If environmental scientist did not go to a building site beforehand there could be many da...

The career I have chosen for my future is to become a registered dental hygienist. It wasn’t until I actually learned what dental hygienists do that influenced my interest from medical to dentistry. The first honest reason I was gravitated to dental hygiene was because of the salary. I didn’t really know what Dental Hygienist actually did until I did some research.

I chose to go into the field of Social Work. The reason being I felt that I was good at helping others. I am helpful by nature and I tend to attract those looking to be helped. I believe my career choice is appropriate for me because I do fill enjoyment when I help others. It is something that I get tired of at times but the end result always lifts my spirits. I have been in the helping field for 20 years and I can’t think of any other career that would work best for me.

When deciding on what career best suited me, I found myself considering my role as a global citizen. As an inhabitant of this earth, I felt that it was my duty to advocate for its protection. I therefore decided to study Environmental Engineering. By generating ways for humans to creatively coexist with our environment I will be helping to create a more sustainable world as a whole. Similarly, this idea of making decisions based on the needs of my community has been prevalent throughout my life. I have participated in many volunteer groups including National Honor Society along with lending my knowledge to those who require help through tutoring and in-class aid. I plan on continuing to take an active leadership role in my community through a profession in environmental engineering and strong sense of environmental stewardship.
The most basic overall function of the EPA is of course to prevent and reduce pollution in the environment. Another function of the EPA is to make new technology and perform research to better protect the environment. The EPA also has to enforce their rules and regulations passed by congress. They come up with the ideas of new laws and pass them through congress; if the law is passed by congress then it’s the EPA that has to enforce the new rule. One final function of the EPA that is very important to the protection of the environment is educating the public. Today’s children will be the ones who decide the fate of our health and environment. The general public is aware of what can be done to help and over the years there have been various accomplishments with regard to protecting the environment, such as planting trees, recycling, and other ways of going green. These are some of the basic functions the EPA carries out to ensure that other generations will have a safe

As a child in middle school, I started thrusting myself in my academic career. I joined Science Olympiad, in which students compete in different sciences. I competed in events such as astronomy or anatomy and from this point on the passion for science grew. When I entered high school, I continued my career with Science Olympiad, but decided I needed to broaden my perspective. There had to be more than science olympiad, a whole new field that would let me practice and see science working at one of it's best.
Marine Biology is what I would like to study. I want to become a marine biologist because I want to discover new species. I want to go to the 70% of the ocean that has not been discovered. Marine biologists also get to go travel to different places. They not only get to seethings underwater which not many people get to see, but they also get to see places on land which not many people get to see. Marine biologists are also interesting to me because they get to swim for most of their work day. I love the water and swimming. Marine biology is a very interesting and intriguing career to me.

The career i chose is a branch of the medical field. I chose a career in nursing, more specifically the career path of a registered nurse. This career consists of providing care for people of all ages and helping them with managing their conditions. I chose this career because my mother is an rn and my family has a strong presence in the medical field. It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills, or talents needed, salary, benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision.

I chose to research on Customer Service Agents because they seem to be needed in most places of business and it was good to know information about them. I chose to research teachers because I plan on becoming a teacher as my career and it was good for me to find out all the important information that I was going to end up needing to know anyways. After researching these careers and the roles psychology has in each, I have realized how important psychology is and how it ends up helping in day to day
