In Captain America: Civil War, directors Joe Russo and Anthony Russo builds upon the storyline of Age of Ultron and Captain America: Winter Soldier. In Captain America: Winter Soldier, a character named Bucky is brainwashed towards the end of the film. During Civil War, Bucky will finally find his consciousness. In Age of Ultron, Tony creates Ultron, and his guilt stops him from being a part of the Avengers. When innocent people are killed by an accident caused by the Avengers, the Avengers are told that they must fight under the rules created by the UN. Tony agrees to the new set of rules, but Steve thinks that the Avengers would be much more efficient by fighting without the government’s laws. There was a great relationship between the performers and the audience because each performer held his or her own morals and ethical values that an audience member could relate to. For example, Rhodey believed that the Avengers should own the cost of the lives that they take, but Sam and Steve thought that the lives of some innocent people was necessary in order to protect the majority of the world. However, one character that I thought was out of place was Tony Stark. There were certain scenes where I thought Stark was dominating, even though he was not the most important character in the room. For example, there was a scene where Wanda is devastated. But instead of focusing on the emotional moment between Wanda and Steve, the film immediately cuts to Tony’s flashback. I would rather have watched the discussion between Wanda and Steve! Tony’s role as a leader seems forced and unnatural. Perhaps I feel this way because Nick Fury was not present in Civil War, unlike many other movies about the
