The field in business is very widespread all over the world whether it be in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia or Africa. There are many branches of business but a very common one is business management. Business management is all about organizing, directing and coordinating businesses in whatever they do. Managers oversee these businesses and guide them in the direction that best suites them.Management is found in all industries, food, banking, education, healthcare and clothing. Every company has a business manager which makes this such a big field career. It does not matter if they are small companies or big ones, regardless, someone will need to overlook over the company and set rules for what needs to be done in specific areas. Some areas can be financially, they decide where the money goes and what needs to be bought. Other areas require the physical look of the company like advertisements, window displays and store displays. Of course here are professionals who create the displays and advertisements but it is the business manager who tells them what to do, they just follow orders.

Business management is different in all aspects, there are eight sectors of business management, financial management, marketing management, human resource management, strategic management, production management, operations management, service management and information technology management.

Financial management is all about the company's money, in this field the manager needs to take action in risks but not risks that can end the whole company. they need to make risks that include profit as an outcome. There is not a lot of jobs relatable to business management but there are a lot of branches in business management that relate to each other. In all the branches, they carry a lot of responsibility of the company, they are like the eyes of the company who oversee everything and if something goes wrong, it is the business managements fault because it is their job to guide the company.

Business management comes with the benefit of knowledge and if you work with big corporate companies, you get all health benefits and vacation leaves and paid vacations. Of course this also has to do with the position you hold with the company, if you just stated out it might not be that way but if you are in a higher position than most, you will get benefits.
