Once upon a time there was a young boy by the name Philip, he was 6 years old. He had an older sister by the name Britney. It was phillip's, and Britney's life long dream to go to Disney World. One day Philip and his sister Britney were talking in his room, Phillip asks her “ Do you think that one day we will get to go to Disney World,” Phillip said. “ I hope that one day our parents could take us both, and make our dreams come true,” said Britney. When we got out there we were all very impressed by the appearance of the city. This was obviously a tourist town. When we found the hotel we were impressed by the huge glass windows and cedar siding. It looked more like the Hilton than a Best Western. We checked in and were shown to our rooms. After bringing in all of our things, we went straight to bed knowing that we had a huge day ahead of us, not knowing how huge it was really going to be.
It was about the different stories that Disney has told over the years, and the one thing that shocked me the most is that they used the ENTIRE castle as one big movie projector. Now that’s something I’ve never seen before, and I’m pretty sure you haven’t seen anything like it either. The next few days we spent our time at the other parks like Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. This time we spent a lot more time at Epcot and visited the various cultures like Italy, and Mexico. I even had a nice conversation with a girl from Mexico.
It was an old abandoned hotel. The rickety building was barely kept up by the rotting wood pillars. A sign nailed on front read “Mortimer’s Inn.” As he walked in, Alexis noticed the cobwebs hanging on the bookshelves. Nervously, he crept forward. A broken wooden door was kicked in with a faint red stain on it. Alexis kept on going. Soon, he came to a very narrow corridor that opened into a room. It was very grand, with many dining tables and a massive stage with something on it. With a gun in hand, he sprinted forward to the stage where he saw the bodies.
Today was the day, the day that my parents and my little sister and I were going to go to Cancun, Mexico. Our flight left at 5:00 am, so we woke up bright and early at 2:00 am. We needed to be there 2 hours earlier and we still had to put our luggage in the car and drive there. We arrive at the Park and Go. We pay them and we get on the shuttle to take us to the airport. We get through security and go to a little cafe. My parents get some coffee and my sister and I get a bagel with cream cheese. “We have to go to gate 12A,” I told them.
Dad tried to give the guard twenty dollars, but he refused. Dad shook his hand and thanked him several times. I could go on and on about the rest of our trip but it would take another twenty pages. Unfortunately this was not the last outburst my father had at Disney World. I can tell you one more thing. Through the chaos Dad finally made it to It’s a Small World with his family. It was the biggest smile he showed through the whole trip, but it wasn’t his last. We have been to Disney World twice since then. We still always ride It’s a Small World and I always bring cotton balls for my ears. The cotton keeps my arms from getting tired.
It was the day I’ve been waiting for my whole life, to go to Colombia. It was time to step on the plane it was like a million degrees outside. I thought the plane was going to melt but inside of the plane it was as cold as a ice cube. It was the happiest moment of my life. The plane landed safely in colombia. I was about to cry the smile on my face was wider than the galaxy. The day began with me going to my cousins house I was imagining what we were going to do like play video games eat candy and other junk foods in colombia and drink sodas. The Main Street station, is the curtains to a large production as if the Magic Kingdom was a theater. As I wander beneath the archway, I notice that above the arch is a plaque that reads: “Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy”. As I continue to stroll through the passage on the way to Main Street, there are posters of “upcoming attractions” that line the walls on both sides. I then step into Main Street U.S.A. and begin to hear the Victorian style orchestra playing over the speakers. I notice some Disney pals in Town Square greeting guests as if they were old friends. Then I begin to travel further down the street, and the smell of the caramel apples, chocolate chip cookies, and other sweets walk out of the open doors of the bakery and into the street. At the end of this turn of the century town, sits the one hundred eightyninefoottall, Cinderella Castle. After we got off the airplane, we rented a car and drove to my Uncle Joe?s house. We finally got there and then we all went out to eat dinner. We went to some Italian restraunt and boy was it good. To this day, I have never tasted anything as good as the Veal Picata I had that day. I ate so much that I could hardly move and once I got back to my uncle?s, I just passed out and went to bed. I had a big and exciting day ahead of me. I was going to Universal Studios and I couldn?t wait.
Once our mums had caught up to us we all gathered in the shade of the merchandise stand. I was ready to use the money that had been burning a hole in my pocket since I had gotten off the plane in Melbourne airport. After around ten minutes after our arrival my mum asked a man when the merchandise stall opened. 5 o'clock, we had another hour. While we were debating what to do, my mum decided to ask one of the many girls running past us on what they were all doing. "We're going to sound check," the girl replied excitedly. "We have an extra ticket would you like it?" She asked, turning to me. My brain froze. I was being offered a ticket to One Direction's Sound check. Six long hours after departing Hotchkiss, we finally reached our destination. We pulled into the parking lot of the Super 8 just off Interstate 76 in Sterling, Colorado. Since I had been to this hotel on a previous trip to Sterling, I began wishing I had brought my swimsuit along. Mom and dad went inside and got the keys for room 129. I was so sick of riding in the car that I did not care what the room looked like as long as there was a bed for me to sleep on. As we entered the room, on the left there was the bathroom sink, a mirror, and a place to hang our "good" clothes. To the right, was the miniature bathroom. There was not enough space in there for a midget. Stepping out of the entranceway, there was a wooden dresser with a 27-inch television. By the large window, there was a small table. Two queen size beds sat on either side of the nightstand. The purple patterned quilts were quite shocking compared to everything else in the room.
