“BRANDING” Who Cares?

Is branding brilliance or burden for a small business?

I love small businesses, I admire their ability innovate, compete and survive in tough market conditions with limited resources and virtually no bailout from policy makers. I know small businesses who are less concerned about monetary policy, recession, budgets and laser focused on their product/service & customers. It’s astonishing how they keep holding their piece of pie defying all the odds but at the same time, I feel that considerable part of small businesses are so caught-up in their everyday struggle or routine.
