Have You Ever Wanted to Talk to Your Deceased Loved One Again? If you have lost someone close to you, then you know the pain and heartache that comes with bereavement and missing them. Losing loved ones is perhaps one of the most painful experiences in this lifetime. Although we all know our loved ones will pass at some point, it can still be extremely difficult to let them go and find peace in their passing. Whether you are feeling deep in despair over the loss of your loved one or you would just like to speak to them once again, working with a medium can provide the comfort and closure needed to feel at ease. What is a Psychic Medium? A psychic medium is someone who has mastered the ability to communicate with individuals who have passed …show more content…
away. Mediums have heightened abilities, which allow them to effectively relay information between the living and the deceased. The reality is that your deceased loved one is still very much alive in a different way, on the other side. Psychic mediums can facilitate a conversation between you and the one you have been longing to hear from again. By being able to talk to your loved one, you will experience the reassurance you need to know that they are okay and thinking of you just as much as you are of them. How Can a Psychic Medium Help?
Psychic mediums can help in many ways, regardless of the goal. The first way they can help is by providing comfort. If you have felt a hole or a void since the loss of your loved one, talking to them again can be the most reassuring experience. With the help of a medium, you can converse with your loved one and tell them all that you have wanted to say since they passed away. They will also share with you important information that they have wanted to share since they passed. The opportunity to have a conversation and essentially pick up where you left off provides a significant amount of comfort. Another benefit of medium readings is the ability to obtain closure. If your loved one died suddenly or tragically, you may wonder if they are okay. Sudden and tragic losses are often the most traumatic and unresolved both for you and your loved one. A psychic medium works with you and your loved one to give you both the closure you need to move forward and find wholeness again. Imagine the relief that you can experience by being able to finally know with certainty that your loved one is okay, safe, and …show more content…
well. The weight of missing someone and wondering if they are safe can take a toll on your body, mind, and spirit.
Often, many who work with mediums are amazed by the amount of sadness that is lifted from their lives. They feel that they can move on again and get back to their regular daily activities. Mediums can give you the peace you have been seeking. Mediums can also help deliver messages. Many times, our loved ones have things they want to say to us but we are unable to hear them or receive the messages. Perhaps, there is something they want us to find or give away on their behalf. A medium can work with you and your loved one to resolve the request. Mediums essentially help your loved one and you both find peace and resolution with their passing. Upon receiving a reading from a medium, your perception of death will change radically. Currently, the dominant belief is that death is a mark of the end and that you will not be able to communicate with your loved one once they have passed. This belief couldn’t be further from the truth. Mediums show that the world between the deceased and living is not that different. They also inform us that our loved ones are continuously trying to get in touch with us and provide us comfort. Having a new understanding of death will not only relieve grief associated with it, but it will also give you an opportunity to more fully enjoy
life. After getting a medium reading, many people are more open to living life and enjoying themselves again. Once the perception of death is changed, a weight is lifted and you can feel at peace. Imagine all the suffering and sadness that can be removed once you know with certainty that death is not the end. It will change your experience of the passing of your loved one as well as thoughts on your own passing. Death will no longer be a morbid idea or something to be avoided. Instead, it will be embraced and understood from a bigger perspective and with more clarity. Ultimately, a clear understanding of death leads to a more fulfilling and enjoyable life. With an open mind and heart, a psychic medium can do wonders for you. The importance is that you are open and willing to allow them to help you reach your loved one. Your level of openness will determine how transformational and effective your reading is with your loved one. Being excited and open to reconnecting with your loved one is the best way to approach a medium session. Overall, working with a psychic medium is beneficial in many ways. Psychic mediums have the ability to connect with your deceased loved one and facilitate a meaningful conversation between the two of you. By working with a medium, your life will transform. Not only will you find comfort and reassurance, you will also find closure by being able to convey messages that you have longed to share with your loved one. Furthermore, your loved one will also find closure. In addition to feeling comforted, your perception of death will radically change. You will realize that you did not lose your loved one at all, that they are still here with you. Knowing that death is not the end but a new beginning will relieve sadness and renew your vigor and excitement for life. Ultimately, a psychic medium can give you the peace you need to move forward and live joyfully.
I always looked at death as such a sad thing that is eventually going to occur to everyone. However, after reading this book, it made me realize death can actually be a beautiful thing. Death allows a person to go to a next life, one where they will be loved and others will be there for them. It was interesting to be able to read about stories that these hospice care workers witnessed themselves. I have experienced a few deaths within my life and I never coped with them very well. After reading this book, I honestly believe I will be able to look at the positive side of death and be able to deal with my emotions better. I can also help others surrounding me deal with a death that they are experiencing. This book was filled with information that I loved learning. For example, I never knew that a dying person can choose a time to die. The thought of this never occurred to me before. I always thought that when it was someone’s time to go, they had no choice. But, a dying person can “put off” passing on until they see a certain person or event that has great significance in their life. Nevertheless, there are still people who will wait to die until they’re all alone in the room. This book makes you think of real life situations and think what you would do in them. Taken as a whole, it was a very in depth book that changes the way you would naturally perceive
Lisa Williams, a UK psychic medium, starred in two TV shows, Voices from the Other Side and Life Among the Dead. She is famous for saying, ‘Do you want to know everything?’ Her motto is ‘bridging the gap from this world to the next’.
A: Once the initial shock of a loved one being gone, there can be a better quality in life of those who were close to the ill patient. Almost like a weight being lifted off, they no longer have to worry about what else they can do to make the person more comfortable.
These kind-hearted individuals may be: psychotherapists, grief counselors, or simply a concerned acquaintance (Smith, 2014). Religion has been used for thousands of years to alleviate the misery of grief. Spiritual tasks such as: Bible reading, mediation, and prayer can provide a person with solace. Support groups are another excellent way to attain relief. A grieving support group is full of other people dealing with grief; every individual at the support group has the opportunity to share their own mourning experience.
Paranormal activity is manifestation that lies outside of the normal experience which can’t be proven to be real. Most people have become interested in the haunted houses and stones due to the lack of support that they are getting from the community of science. The lack of support from the community will be hard to get because most people do not believe in this. According to the unknown, “paranormal activities and sightings usually fall into categories: spirituals entities, crytids, which are organisms whose existence is told by legends and myths.” Most people think that paranormal deal with just ghost and their hauntings but it is much more than that. Paranormal phenomena are not accepted by the scientists because they feel the evidence should be required. According to Psychic Readings, "ESP stands for extra sensory perception. While clairvoyance, or seeing clearly is primarily an optional phenomenon." A clairvoyant psychic is someone who shares a vision of unseen in telling about their health or future. "Clairvoyants are people who specialize in supernatural skills," states Psychics Reading. People like this have a magical ability to see into the past, present, and future. ESP is normally addresses as the sixth sense. "The term 'ESP' was used often in 1870 by Sir Richard Burton." Psychical research does not support that everyone is born with this capability. It is said there are people who have experienced at least one ESP in their lifetime. However to Schmeidler, another theory claims that ESP is a super sense which evolves in the nervous system. From David’s perspective, “hundreds of years ago to possess the gift of clairvoyance, one was considered a witch - as unknown knowledge was 'feared' (the emotion which keeps us trappe...

that will make many thing remind me how my father was and how is he support us in our daily life. Also lost my father is the experience is which how the importance in my life. Personally, it is very hard to forget about the moments and hard to forget the time. Eventually, people join the stage of acceptance where they have prepared their initial grief emotions. Are able to agree that the loss has occurred and cannot be undone. The person would then be able to once again able to plan for their futures and re-engage in regular life. I know that nobody can help you go through it more or understand all the feelings that you, re going through. But other people can be there for you and help comfort you through experience. The best thing you can do is to let yourself to feel the grief as it comes over you always. Resisting the reality will only prolong the time it would take normally to heal (Winokuer&Harris,
For thousands of years people have practiced mediation for spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Albeit there are many mediation types, in this paper I will be discussing and focusing on mindfulness mediation. Before further exploring mindfulness mediation, it is crucial to define mediation as a whole. Tang, Holzel, & Posner, 2016 state “Meditation can be defined as a form of mental training that aims to improve an individual’s core psychological capacities, such as attentional and emotional capacities” (p.213). Having that in mind, we can dive into mindfulness mediation. Mindfulness meditation is defined as “nonjudgmental attention to present-moment experiences (Tang, Holzel, & Posner, 2016).” A useful analogy to consider is going to the gym, going to the gym allows one to enhance the body, well similarly, practicing mindfulness is akin to taking the mind to the psychic gym, it enhances it. Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on your breathing and then bringing your mind’s attention to the present all while dismissing discursive thoughts and maintaining a special focus on breathing.
However as cited by Hedtke (2002) “Death does not have to be a solitary act of futility without benefit to those around us. As they face their own deaths or their loved ones’ deaths, many people…find these ideas uplifting and encouraging” (P. 292). Grief and dying can be a growth process and complete “when the bereaved persons are able to recall the loss of the loved one without the painful agony that they may have experienced in the early stages of their grief” (Farrell, 1898, p. 40). As for the person who died, it is the knowledge “that they will not be forgotten is a source of peace for the dying as well as for the living. The significance of a person’s life continues even if the person is not around to remind people. Questioning people whenever possible about how they wish to be remember” (Hedtke, 2002, p.
This is so because they can talk about their loss in their own terms and on their own level. Rev. Lavender Kelley, a pediatric chaplain for Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, spends much of her time helping children through various forms of grief, including the loss of loved ones. She explained that infants do not experience the same sense of loss that an adult does, because their brains are not fully developed. Since it is hard for infants to understand death as a permanent state, it is important to use concrete language. Kelley states that being vague or using metaphors to explain death will cause children to indulge in fantasy obsessing over something that will never change. One way in which you can help children deal with death is by listening and letting them ask questions.
Cognitively the person keeps pondering about the loved one. When the loss is announced very often there is a disbelief that prevails among relatives, they take time to realize that the person is gone. Loss causes a lot of confusion, the person is unable to stick to one thought f...
Understanding the brain and the different signs will help acknowledge the issues within a person to help them cope with the issue. It is important for one to be aware of their selves and their reactions/behaviors. On the other hand, the studies address the different types of mediation and possible consequences. When introducing a specific technique, there are always pros and cons, and people that are for or against the matter. Meditation is known as healing of the body and/or mind and can be religious. Those different types were address and justified for the understanding of the use for the
It had been reported that, “Numerous people have told of hearing their doctors or other spectators in effect pronounce them dead” (Moody Jr, MD, 2015, p. 17). This is an out of body experience. Each reported feelings of peace and quiet, which transitioned into a bad buzzing noise. After proceeding through a tunnel, they have an “encounter with a very bright light” (Moody Jr, MD, 2015, p. 51). Questions resound around a reflection of their life, what they had learned during it, and if it was worth it. Invariably, each of the subjects’ encounter a border at which they are told they need to go back. “Considering the skepticism and lack of understanding that greet the attempt of a person to discuss his near-death experience, it is not surprising that almost everyone in this situation comes to feel that he is unique, that no one else has ever undergone what he has” (Moody Jr, MD, 2015, p. 83). Naturally, the outcome of this experience has an effect on the lives of those experiencing it.
To begin, I would like to define a near-death experience. It is a time when the body shuts down. The lungs stop breathing, the heart stops beating, and blood ceases to reach the brain and other parts of the body. It’s when your body is physically dead. This can occur from numerous things. It can occur during surgery, cardiac arrest, anaphylactic shock, coma, fever, anesthesia, seizures, unconsciousness, severe allergic reactions, suicide attempts or other physical trauma caused to the body (Morrissey, Journey into Consciousness). During this time of death, many people claim be passing through a tunnel toward a bright light and meeting people who have died earlier in time (Mosby, The Mosby Medical Encyclopedia 100). Upon awakening from the near-death experience, the subject may return with unusual abilities previously unknown to them. Some people find themselves seeing auras and other related paranormal abilities, awareness of science and other technologies regarding time and space, and transformations in spirit and personality (Morrissey, Journey into Consciousness).
Meditative practices will also help people deal with their distress when they're going through great periods of stress. The side effects of existence altering episodes like losing a family member or perhaps a divorce could be reduced through meditation. This might be credited to one benefit of meditation which involves a rise of serotonin production within the brain. Reports say that elevated serotonin levels might help improve an individuals emotions.
