1) How long have you been interested in playing basketball?
Initially I started playing basketball for fun at a young age with TYBL. My first love was football, but my body changed from stocky to lanky. My dad got excited because basketball is his first love so a few years ago I started getting serious about playing. I joined a travel team and got some private coaching by my dad.
2) Are there any professional players that you look up to? Who and Why?
The first professional basketball player I looked up to was Michael Jordan. He has been very inspirational to me personally because of his skill and work ethic. His success he has made throughout his life makes me want to be successful. I push myself to become a better basketball player because he inspires me to work harder on and off the court.

I would say one of the more important things to do at practice is push yourself to become better. Whenever you work hard at practice it helps transition into how well you perform in a game. The main I go by is “hard work pays off” because when you work hard in practice it pays off when your improvement shows during games.
4) How does the mood at practice differ from the mood at a game?
I would say my mood in practice at times can be like “I don’t feel like being here” but then you realize, “I practice because helps me become a better” which leads to a better game time performance. For basketball players their game time mood is hyped up and they realized “this is reason why I practiced hard, It was to make to this game.”
5) Have you gotten to know your teammates well?
Yes, I know my teammates very well. I would say we get along with each other like family. We’re a squad I have their back and I know they have my
