How many people these days are trying to take care of their health?Most of the people on earth are trying to take care of their health due to health problems,being overweight or just because they want to feel healthy.I want to make a food truck that sells healthy food,and drinks.Let's put an example let's say your in your office but you forget your lunch and you're watching your weight,but all the places around you are fast food restaurants.Then you remember seeing this Vegan food trucks twitter page.You go on to their twitter profile and you find that they are selling food about a block away from your office.Your day is not completely ruined,you still have to go back to work.
Now to answer some questions.The people that are affected by my food truck are all types of people.The need that I'm addressing is a healthy alternative to a regular food truck menu,and also provide a glimpse into vegan food.My solution is to make a vegan food truck and it will benefit the diet of many office workers or people in general.I will utilize the culinary skills that I have gained from my culinary class.
