INFRARED DATA ASSOCIATION (IrDA)
1. INTRODUCTION
Infrared Data Association (IrDA) founded on 1993. IrDA is utilized for high speed short range, line of sight, point-to-point cordless data transfer via infrared light waves. IrDA is the radio transmission of light ray infrared measured in Terahertz or Trillions of Hertz (cycles per seconds) is modulated with information send from transmitter to receiver in short distance. Does not specify any security measures. Infrared radiation(IR) is used to control a TV set with a remote control. Infrared data communication is most use in wireless data communication due to popularity of laptop computers, personal digital assistant(PDA), digital cameras, mobile telephone, pagers and other devices. IrDA specifications include IrPHY, IrLAP, IrLMP, IrCOMM, Tiny TP, IrOBEX, IrLAN, and IrSimple.

2. THE TECHNOLOGY’S APPLICATION
Where it use ?
• Infrared increasingly present in mainstream applications, hold great potential for enabling people with a variety of disabilities to access growing list of information resources. Already used in remote control TV, VCR and CD players. Nowadays IR protocol used in applications like consumer electronics, computers, household appliances, medical devices, automotive technologies and commercial services.

7. CONCLUSION
The conclusion Infrared Data Association (IrDA) is utilized for high speed short range, line of sight, point-to-point cordless data transfer via infrared light waves. Infrared increasingly present in mainstream applications, hold great potential for enabling people with a variety of disabilities to access growing list of information resources. By using Infrared Data Association (IRDA) your file to transmitted will save receive to people you want and can avoid from hackers. This technology is more reliable than wired. This technology implemented in fax machines, projectors, bank ATM, credit card and headset. It also can save time and more secure to be used.

...dustrial automation and for input/output functional needs. The low cost per signal line, minimal power consumption, overall Ethernet network capabilities, and self-request maintenance allow for home/office automation, controlled machinery, system monitoring, and remote access control. With key features for industry requirements, the IRP module is an ideal tool for networking needs.
There are many everyday devises that we hearing people take for granted, among these are telephones, smoke alarms, doorbells, and alarm clocks. When we look at how members of the deaf community use these everyday items we must consider that members within the community have very different communication needs, abilities, and preferences. Hard-of-hearing people for example can use a standard telephone with the addition of a headset or amplifier, while some hard-of-hearing people may prefer a TTY deaf persons rely on it, or a relay service to communicate as we (hearing people) would on a telephone.
This experiment sought to utilize melting point, boiling point, infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and the index of hydrogen deficiency (IHD) to identify the structures of two unknown compounds. To ensure the successful identification of the unknowns, the molecular formula for each compound was found first. What the molecular formula does is that it allows chemists to identify elements present in a compound as well as the quantity of each element. The issue with this is that there are various compounds that share the same molecular compound yet are different in reactivity and connectivity. To resolve this problem, other measures such as finding functional groups based on IR spectroscopy, determining the boiling or melting point of a compound, and identifying the bond/ring structures using IHD are taken.
DynaVox System Software, or DSS, is designed to be something that is easy to use, no matter what disability you have. The DynaVox has a rubber edge with a 12 inch color touch screen. On the touch screen and as part of the system, you are able to have seventy-seven buttons that have different fonts and graphics. You press a button and it says to whomever you are talking to, what you want or need. In each system they give you a total of thirty-three hundred different symbols called the DynaSyms. These are pictures of things like humans, animals, nature, food, and everyday lingo. If there isn’t a symbol in the system that you need to use to communicate with, you can connect your DynaVox to Windows or Macintosh.
Abstract: Assistive technology is one way that individuals with learning disabilities have been able to overcome the difficulties with comprehension that they possess. This form of technology comes in many forms, ranging from low to high technology devices.
There are several principles that form the foundation of universal design, which is defined as “an alternate path to accessible products or services, […] that have features that enable a person with a disability to use the product or service, whether by itself or in conjunction with assistive technology” (Tobias, 2003).Thus the main purpose of universal design is to make products usable to the greatest number of people, without the use of specially designed equipment (Connell, Jones, Mace, et al, 1997). The seven design elements serve as guidelines for reaching this goal.

Intrusion Detection and Rapid Action (INDRA) is a distributed scheme.Based on this scheme two trusted peers sharing information, to avoid the intrusion attempts on network.Using computer system or computer resources the act or attempted act, without any requisite privileges causing willful incidental image is called as Intrusion. Intrusion is primarily network based activity.
According to Ahmed et al., 2007, user interface design has received a limited attention from IR researchers. There is a need for adopting human-computer interaction (HCI) techniques into IR interface designs, but this is an issue that has not yet been fully recognised by the commercial database vendors and distributors.
I can access it with the click of a button. I can access it and obtain media from practically anywhere. I can gain the access quickly on my cellphone, iPad or MacBook, to check my email, watch a movie, listen to music or even read a book or newspaper. What is it you ask? It is electronic media. Electronic media “are media that use electronics or electromechanical energy for the end user (audience) to access the content” (Wikipedia).
Augmented Reality (AR) is an influential user interface which is consolidating in to the reality and can be in the Pc created data ideal model improving a user's recognition environment.
This report will describe the two forms of data communications in terms of the physical interfaces and modes of operation. It will describe the features of data communications equipment in relation to synchronous and asynchronous communication including modems, network terminating units and sending and receiving equipment.
But how is this achieved? The range of special needs covers a very wide spectrum. It will be necessary therefore to examine how ICT can support the various needs. Standard equipment is often suitable for children with SEN. the settings of the computer can be changes to make it more computer friendly.
Computers are now being used to help the blind with a voice synthesizer that tells them what they are typing or what they are trying to see on the screen. According to Palmer (1999),"CCS builds and sells complete handicapped accessible packages, as well as individual products like speech synthesizes voice cards and screen enlargement software. The screen enlargement programs increase type size to aid people who are partially impaired. Those with total blindness use synthesizers both hardware and software versions that read what's on the screen. They work by translating ASCI symbols, the series of code each letter and graphic is assigned into voice transmissions.
