Antifa(anti-fascists) is a far left extremist group that has been gaining large amounts of popularity in the recent year due to media coverage, their actions, and the way the public has viewed/accepted what they have been doing.
Antifa was recently deemed a domestic terrorist group by the department of homeland security. Antifa was labeled as a domestic terrorist group because of their violent actions against individuals, organizations, and groups of people that disagree with them.
Antifa claims to stand against fascism, racism, sexism, the discrimination of minorities, and for free speech. Even though antifa claims to stand for all these things, their actions don’t always back their speech.
Antifa’s tactic of shutting down the speech of others that differ in opinion from them is fascist. By antifa

Antifa members show up to events held by groups of people who disagree ready to initiate violence cause conflict. Antifa members wear masks to hide their identity because they understand that the things they are doing are illegal and that they are attempting to strip people of their constitutional rights.
Members of antifa believe that they are the ones who need to stand up against injustices, fascism, and violence by exhibiting violence and using fascism.
One quality of most civilized societies is that the government has a sort of monopoly over the use of legitimate force against others. It is the police’s job to deal with criminal violence and injustices, as well as protect the rights of the public, not antifa’s.
The best way to slow down and deal with this movement is the police force. The police force in cities that have to deal with antifa needs to shut down violence at the start, and ensure that the public retains their constitutional rights to free
Facts: The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and states that an officer to have both probable cause and a search warrant in order to search a person or their property. There are several exceptions to this requirement. One exception to this is when an officer makes an arrest; the officer can search an arrestee and the area within his immediate control without first obtaining a search warrant. This case brings forth the extent of an officer’s power in searching an arrestee’s vehicle after he has been arrested and placed in the back of a patrol car. On August 25, 1999, the police responded to an anonymous tip of drug activity at a particular residence. When they arrived on scene, Rodney Gant answered the door and identified himself. He told police that the owner of the house was not home but was coming back later that evening. Police later discovered that Rodney Gant had a warrant for his arrest for driving with a suspended license. The officers came back to the home later that evening and arrested two individuals. After both individuals were handcuffed and placed in the back of patrol cars, Gant pulled up at the house driving a vehicle. When he stepped out of his car, he was arrested for driving with a suspended license. After Gant was handcuffed and placed in the back of a third patrol car, officers proceeded to search Gant’s car. During their search they found a gun in the car and a bag of cocaine in a jacket pocket laying on the backseat of the car Gant was driving. Gant was charged with possession of the cocaine. He fought to have the evidence found in his car suppressed at trial because, he claimed, the search of his car had been unreasonable. Gant’s motion was denied and Gant was convicted...
The main people targeted for hatred and violence are Jewish people, Hispanics, Asians, blacks and people who are Catholic Christians. The more well-known groups are the Ku Klux Klan, the Neo-Nazis, and the Skinheads. The reason why the Ku Klux Klan is separate from the Neo-Nazis and the Skinheads is because the Ku Klux Klan's hatred and violence is aimed more towards blacks rather than the Neo- Nazis and the Skinheads, whose hatred is aimed more towards the Jewish people. The Neo-Nazis, sometimes called White Aryan Resistance, is a group that follows under Adolph Hitler's philosophies, which targets Jewish people. Unlike the Ku Klux Klan, the Skinheads do not join because they believe in the cause.
The American Neo-Nazi movement started in the streets in the middle 1980's, in the U.S. The movement is an act to keep alive the beliefs and actions of Adolf Hitler and his Nazi Regime. Believers and activist in the movement are known as Skinhead, or "Skins." Some are dresses like a lot like the original British movement, which was started by some rough looking teenagers in combat boots hanging out on the streets. The average Skinhead, wears combat boots or Doc Martens, thin red suspenders, and a bomber jacket. The hair is completely shaven or closely cut to the head. The Skins wear many symbols supporting the movement, such as, swastikas supremacy slogans, and other white power emblems or tattoos. Neo-Nazis believe that to be white is to be right. That the Aryan race, the whites, are the pure race and that there should be no other ethnic groups or races. Homosexuals, Jews, Hispanics and Afro-Americans are the main targets for this organization. But there are others. Any minority is the enemy of a true Skin. They wish to attract only those people who are willing to fight and sacrifice for something greater and more meaningful than themselves...The White People as a race. The members usually range from 13 to 25 years old. These groups have been responsible for more than 45 deaths of minorities. American groups that are included in the Neo-Nazi movement are: The KKK, The American Nazi Party, National Alliance, Christian Identity, And The World Church ...
Rebel, Merriam-Webster defines it as someone who opposes or takes arms against the government. Many Americans believe it is someone from the confederacy or someone who forcefully attacks someone or something they disagree with. This is especially common with the younger generations as most of what they see on the television and in movies is violence and governmental infiltration through violence. A large number of these children, adolescents, and young adults will never realize there is an alternative way of protest other than violence. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. found that way from the inspiration of Henry David Thoreau and his ways of transcendentalism.
Fascism is one type of political system based on the notion that some races are superior to others. Something that seems ridiculous in to enlightened modern day thinkers, which unfortunately makes it all the more difficult to try and understand for someone who has not experienced it. However by looking through history and taking into account some of the results of practised fascism, we can maybe begin to understand why so many people took up, and are still taking up fascism. Hopefully then we can understand exactly what we should learn from it, and possibly understand how we can prevent it appearing on the scale it did in the Second World War.
surrounded by their own kind. The KKK states “Our purpose is to unite, organize, and educate
The leaders and followers of the Ku Klux Klan and neo-nazi groups believe that they are the only superior people and everyone is taking what is rightfully theirs. They are taking their stuff. Their jobs, their homes, their land. “They believe life is war. The world is made of distinct racial groups and life is about the war between those groups.” They only believe what they want to believe. These people live in their own world and you can never talk them out of it.
Fascism is the destructive authority of a demagogue at work in a nation or people group. A key component of fascism is demagoguery, that is, whatever supreme leader that is trying to attain power has great support from his people; this is the main focus that separates a fascist dictator from a non-fascist one. Many years ago the KKK was labeled a Hate group for obvious reasons. Lately a new group, Black Lives Matter have emerged in our society creating the same threat and domestic terrorism as the KKK. -Michael Hamilton of Denver,
Many hate groups in the United States use the first amendment as a shield to protect themselves from the law, they are bad examples to our following generations because they are trying to recruit more members and change their way of think, these hate groups also commit a lot of crimes against those people that they think are different. That is why in the United States, many Americans are against all of the hate groups and they think that these hate groups should not be allow to exist. We all know that if the U.S. Government decide to ban them, they may be inn silent for many years, but we can count on the fact that they are there. They are “The Invisible Empire” and will always be the dark side to American History.
It is the belief of these groups, most specifically the white supremacy groups that the government is corrupt and run by inferior people, anyone not Anglo-Saxon white, and the country needs to be cleansed. The issue of hate groups has been plaguing this country for many decades but only in recent years have they begun to organize to the tune of committing massive acts of violence and terror.
Furthermore, the creation of social media has made it easier for the detestation of African Americans to spread and amass more enmity than before. Moreover, the Leadership Conference Education Fund reports: “The FBI reported a 14 percent increase in anti-Black hate crimes from 2020 to 2021. This follows a 46 percent increase from 2019 to 2020”. The hate crimes against African Americans occurring today generate the same outcome that the Ku Klux Klan created and establishes an environment of unease for African Americans to express themselves. This further restrains them from fully following the First Amendment, which guarantees the rights of humans to free expression and free association.
Fascism is a form of counter-revolutionary politics that first arose in the early part of the twentieth-century in Europe. It was a response to the rapid social and political changes brought about by the devastation of World War I and the spread of socialism and communism. The name fascism originated in Italy. The term comes from the Italian word fascio, which referred to the names of radical new social and political organizations. “Fascism is a philosophy or a system of government that advocates or exercises a dictatorship of the extreme right, typically through the merging of state and business leadership, together with an ideology of aggressive nationalism”(Baradat pg.850). In other words, fascism is a form government that emphasizes a nation or particular race to rule over all other nations or races, simply because they are different. The fascism ideology will even use violent means to accomplish their goals and maintain the loyalty toward the fascist group. “Fascism approaches politics in two central areas, populist and elitist. Populist in that it seeks to activate “the people” as a whole against noticed enemies and to create a nation of unity. An elitist approach because fascism works by putting the people’s will on one select group, or most often one supreme leader, from whom all power precedes downward.”(Lyons pg.10)
Each year, more individuals are killed by civilians than by the police force. So why is society choosing to go against the police force, the ones who serve to protect? Police brutality has been exaggerated to the point that mankind is rushing to judge the actions of law enforcement before facts or evidence has been stated. The terms “necessary force” and “reasonable force” need to be better explained in order to resolve the conflicts between citizens and the police force. To prevent police brutality throughout America, individuals must choose to stand behind the police force instead of opposing them.
Around the world the ideology known as “fascism” is commonly related to two men, Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. This tradition of political thinking has long been argued by political scientists and many others on what exactly defines a fascist state. According to Webster’s dictionary the term is defined as, “a way of organizing a society in which a government ruled by a dictator controls the lives of the people and in which people are not allowed to disagree with the government.” Although this definition would be contested by many scientists it is a good compromise.
