There are several types of illnesses, but anxiety is one of the most dangerous for the normal human, and this also affects the emotions, and everyone can experience it at times. Many people feel anxious or nervous when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test or making a several decision, also can cause distress that interferes with a person’s ability to lead normal life; this type of disorder is a serious mental illness. For people who have one, worry, and fear are constant and overwhelming, and can be disabling. One of the problems that human faced is called panic disorder, it affects their brain and also they felt aware any time. People with panic disorder have feelings of terror that strikes suddenly and repeatedly with no warming. …show more content…

The worry often centers on a fear of being judged by others, or behaving in a way that might cause embarrassment or lead to ridicule. The anxiety can build into a panic attack. As a result of the fear, the person endures certain social situations in extreme distress or may avoid them altogether. In addition, people with social anxiety disorder often suffer "anticipatory" anxiety, the fear of a situation before it even happens, it may be for days or weeks before the event. Also in many cases, the person is aware that the fear is unreasonable; it means that is unable to overcome it. There are some cases that people with social anxiety disorder suffer from distorted thinking, including false beliefs about social situations and the negative opinions of others. If the person with this disease is not in a treatment, social anxiety disorder can negatively interfere with the person’s normal daily routine, including school, work, social activities, and relationships. Furthermore people with social anxiety disorder may be afraid of a specific situation, such as speaking in public. The level of fear usually inappropriate to the situation and may cause you to avoid common, everyday situations. The exposure to the object or situations brings about immediate reaction, causing the person to endure anxiety in this will be nervousness and will avoid the object or the situation entirely. Adults with a specific phobia recognize that the fear is excessive or unreasonable, yet are unable to overcome it Also I have to mention that there are several types of specific phobias such as: Animal phobias, it could be as an example snakes, dogs, insects, birds, spiders, and mice, another specific phobia is Situational phobias which involves a fear of specific situations, such as flying, riding in a car or on public transportation, driving, going over bridges or in tunnels, or of being in a closed-in place, like an elevator. Also there are other phobias as Natural environment phobias, Blood-injection-injury phobias, and other phobias. The most common symptoms of this disease are: Excessive or irrational fear of a specific object or situation, Avoiding the object or situation or enduring it with great distress Physical symptoms of anxiety or a panic attack, such as a pounding heart, nausea or diarrhea, sweating, trembling or shaking, numbness or tingling, problems with breathing it can be shortness of breath, feeling dizzy or lightheaded, feeling like you are choking.
