DS: Annelisa is customer focused and professional. She works collaboratively with all stakeholders and the client to help make the FEMC team successful. Annelisa has a good understanding of program and the roles of science and construction. Annelisa is an effective communicator. She is often a good sounding board for me and can provide good insight into issues within and outside of FEMC. Annelisa is results orientated, providing quality products and creative input to the team and me. She holders herself and other accountable for completing deliverables in a timely manner. She is adaptable to the often changing priorities of the client, even though this frustrates her at times.
Annelisa continued to lead the effort of developing the FEMC Weekly Facilities Report. She gathers input from the different managers and compiles all the data into a consolidated report, which she sends to me for final review. This process requires use of all the skills identified above.

Coordinating with the client, science teams, CPS operations, and the FEMC team. At Toolik, Annelisa takes an active role managing science coordination with the Steering Committee. She took the lead role in managing the boardwalks, where she worked collaboratively with IAB and the Steering Committee to define the common use boardwalk management plan, which will be permitted and managed by CPS. Anne Zahalka was born in 1957 and comes from an immigrant background with Jewish Viennese and Catholic Czech heritage. Anne Moody has gone through such an exceptionally eventful life that she was able to transform it into a powerful book, "A Coming of Age in Mississippi." All of Anne's childhood not only prepared her for her involvement in the movement during the 1960's, but also kept her inspired and motivated. Anne Moody sees a lot of ups and downs, which causes her to have depressing set backs from time to time. As told through out the book, describing her first twenty-four-years, her uncertainty is justified, yet overall the book does tell a story of success, found not only in Anne's personal life but also in the country. At the end of "A Coming of Age in Mississippi" Anne sees changes, yet is unable to continue with her optimistic attitude that is first seen to be so intense and strong.
