Anne Frank was 13 years old when she and her family went into hiding. Before the war Anne was always happy and cheerful. She had a great group of friends and even two best friends, but she never had a friend whom she could talk to about personal stuff with. Anne had an older sister named Margot whom she mostly got along with and her two loving parents, Otto and Edith Frank. It was obvious to Anne that her Mother loved her father much more then he loved her but she was fine with her family’s imperfections. Life was almost perfect except for the Germans making life almost miserable for all the Jews.
