My New Year's resolution for 2018 is something called the Ann Voskamp plan. Ann Voskamp is a stay at home mom who educates her children so she has a lot of time on her hands. She has a plan for her everyday life that follows a direct path for organization. I don't really have a plan to do things because everything I do just happens randomly. A plan to follow would help me become somewhat organized and make my ways somewhat consistent.
Since I am not exactly a stay at home mom I dont have as much time on my hands as Ann does so I will just be doing part of the plan that I know I can handle and accomplish. There are 25 different things on the plan that she does every day. One of the things that I will be doing is listening to music every day
because that will be an easy one for me. Another thing that she does everyday is eat breakfast. I tend to skip breakfast because i'm being rushed because I get up to late or I just don't want to get up early enough because i'm lazy. Ann also cleans any sort of space in her house every day. I don't seem to ever be able to keep anything clean but if I am able to clean a space of the house every day no matter how small it is a will be accomplishing something. She also “unplugs” for certain hours of the day which I am going to try to do but I am not sure if I will be able to do it for hours. I will probably start at an hour and try to work my way up. Another part of the plan is writing down three things that you are thankful for every day. I will be trying to do this to make myself realize that I should be thankful when sometimes I don't realize it. I will be trying my best to accomplish all of these things and I think that I will be able to do all of this considering the amount of time I am actually at home or not doing anything or not feeling lazy. Ann also has a poster that gives you a challenge every day to try and finish. Some of the challenges may be hard but I will try my best to accomplish them. I have a lot of people to hold me accountable so I think that I will be able to finish this New Year’s resolution.
Today I am going to be explaining how the three different point of views or P.O.V the narrators in three different stories all about unfairness to the miners during the gold rush or the late eight-teen-hundreds though. Mainly I'm going to be mentioning the character's narrators background, family, and their opinions. For opinions I'm going to be talking about if they thought the rules where to strict or just right.

My mother was never one to check my agenda or keep my schedule for me; instead, I learned to time manage my life. Between school work, taking care of my dogs, and helping around the house, I managed it all with time to spare for fun and relaxation. I am incredibly thankful for this lesson, as I believe it will be my “one-up” on my college peers.
...anizing the boxes of memorabilia into albums for her children, if time permits. The only thing she’ll commit to is that everyone in her family will have a croquet blanket made by her just for them.
There is a lot that I want to accomplish from my leadership practice, but initially I prefer to be very careful on implementing those. Each person has their own objectives to accomplish as a leader-scholar-practitioner. Similarly, I too have plans to implement. My plans that I want to accomplish as a leader-scholar-practitioner are as follows:
Since I know that you will be seeing Ann, I thought that I should send you some information, which I already know from the previous contacts that I had with her, and which I think will be helpful to you and to the therapy in general.
I set goals for myself all the time in many different aspects of my life. This experience was different because I don’t always take the time to write out goals. Taking this extra step allows you to plan for success despite barriers that may arise due to your environment or social systems. As a social worker I will be better equipped to empower others in goal setting and planning after going through the planning myself. Being aware of how social systems and the environment affect goal setting will allow me the ability to view client’s situations through an ecological lens, while empowering them in the goal setting and planning
During the first week of the 22nd I will be evaluating all the chores and daily household duties. Week 2 I will create a chore chart for each member of the family. The children will be given age appropriate chores such as cleaning their rooms, making their beds every morning, making sure their bathroom is clean, putting laundry where it belongs, and helping with dishes. Dad will receive duties like mowing the grass, making sure the trash gets picked up every week, cleaning the back yard, and any household up keep. Mom will be responsible for all other duties, but may delegate to other members as needed. The cart will remain in the kitchen and once a chore is complete they can put a star next to their duty. At the end of the week if the children have all their stars they get a special prize, under the parents discretion. Since the chore chart is rather simple I will be evaluating how the chart is working for the family, and wether something needs to added or changed. Eventually everybody duties will become second nature without relying on a chart to tell them what to do. Following this create complete their goal of household
As we age and enter different stages of life, our personal obligations and responsibilities tend to become more time-consuming. As a wife, student, employee, and caretaker for an elderly woman, some days feel incredibly overwhelming and daunting. By applying a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-bound (S.M.A.R.T.) process to my day, it becomes much more feasible. However, what about the long-term goals that will affect your future? By using the S.M.A.R.T. goal system, you are able to make your dreams a reality one small step at a time.
Plan of action: my plan is to stick to the plan and not let anything get in my way of changing what I am trying to achieve.
The planning aspect, which was totally absent before, is now the starting point for every assignment. The purpose of the plan is to give myself a direc...
I haven’t thought or sat down and put a personal leadership plan together for next 30 days or any time frame. I am not usually one who writes down tasks and times and does them. I have goals I try to accomplish when I can, but I don’t have them on paper and I don’t give myself a deadline of when they need to be done. I know what I need to do what’s important and why and those I try to accomplish or do first. The next 30 days I’m not sure where exactly in my life I’m going to be. I will although take some time and think about making a personal leadership development plan, curious to see if I’m able to bind myself to one and how much more would I accomplish making this plan out. Pray I’m able to exceed possibilities of a plan and my future.
Goals are an important part of life. For me, they provide direction, stability, and motivation. I have always been keen to setting goals in my life, long-term and short-term. There have been times where I simply gave up on setting goals because when they would turn out different than I had expected I became a little discouraged. As I have aged a bit more, I acknowledge and understand that this is part of the goal setting/planning and action process. Lately, I have pushed some more short-term goals aside simply because of time restraints, and tiredness. However, I want to make some changes not only for myself, but also for my family. In this paper I will present two objectives and three tasks associated with meeting those objectives. I will do these objectives and tasks for two weeks. Finally, I will measure the success and the outcome from these objectives and tasks at the end.
When planning for our future it is important to have clear goals in mind and to understand the steps that need to be taken to achieve those goals. My long-term goal is to run my own counseling center and employee at least one other person. Some Skills I already possess that will allow me to succeed with this plan are my ability to relate to people and be consistent in following the steps needed, even though it will be a long and tedious process.
