This report looks in to the five products that have being selected form the six product categorizes. They’re Casio wrist camera watch, Arpico supermarket, Shania twain, Sigiriya, United National Party. With aid of the information I’ve gathered, I have evaluated each product and analyzed their product levels and given reasons why I placed the characteristic of each product in that specific level, and explained how a marketer can use these to make product awareness. Then, I’ve placed the products in the tangibility continuum and I have the reasoned out why I placed each product in the tangibility continuum.
The chosen service product is further analyzed and given methods of how to improve the tangibility of it.

Casio wrist camera watch is the only watch in the market that gives you the privilege of having a camera in your wristwatch. Not only that the watch has many features in augmented area. All those features are advance in technology, thus showing to the Casio customers that they are up to date with todays technology. Combining these attractive features with prestige brand name it would be easy to compete in the market and because there is no other brand giving the customer these options so the customer who has the need to buy this watch will turn to Casio Company.
Once the target market has been identified it is important to develop a marketing strategy. In today's fast paced, information overloaded society; conveying a message about a product seems to be more difficult than ever. The consumer is bombarded with advertising everywhere they look. Today advertising not only exists on television, radio, magazines, and newspapers, it can be found on billboards, park benches, in our mailboxes, on buses, taxis, at sporting events, and on clothing.
As a crusader of courtly love literature, Marie greatly influences Chretien de Troyes' works "which reflect her own world views" about the relationships between men and women (Patronage 2). Writing under the guidance of Marie, Chretien claims that Marie's "command has more importance in his work than any effort [he] might put into it" (Patronage 2). Enforcing the importance of courtly love to the development of the Arthurian legends, Chretien with Marie's influence introduces a complex tale of courtly love and deception between Lancelot, Queen Guienevere and King Arthur. A story of love, lust, and betrayal, the characters that Chertien creates "personify the ideals of chivalry and courtly love according to the social mores of the literary patron, Marie de Champagne" (Patronage 3).
The purpose of this report is to analyze the different marketing mix, or even, probably the same marketing mix that Levi Strauss is applying to both products. Giving you an idea of how, why and the consequence of the marketing mix that Levi Strauss & Co. has applied and still is applying with some minor changes.
For instance, Primark 's products offer customers clothing as a base product, of witch actual benefits are being to be cheap and trendy, and they may have some return policy as augmented benefit in case of defects. Each product may be realised following a new product development process to improve its success rate (Harris and Schaefer, 2015, p.43-47).
Policies implemented by the government have the potential to greatly impact the issues faced by Americans because of their food. One of the most serious epidemics to face Americans is obesity; a direct result of a lack of access to healthy, whole produce. The government has several options in solving this problem including food taxes, public education programs, and mandatory physical education in schools. A food tax on items high in process ingredients and low in nutrients should have a higher tax than whole foods. Much like the Cigarette Tax, a Processed Food Tax will persuade consumers to shy away from these nutrient-void foods and incorporate more healthy foods into their diet. Another solution to combating obesity is a series of public educational programs. By educating the public and even kids in school on the difference between processed and whole foods, individuals will be better able to distinguish between beneficial and non-beneficial foods. And finally, the most attention grabbing policy the United States government should be enacting is mandatory physical education. Including, but not limited to Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” campaign, the government should require mandatory physical education classes in schools because they found increased PE time raised the amount of time students were exercising or "engaged in strength-building activities" but lowered the amount of time spent in
Though J. Justin Wilson argues that by removing unhealthy snacks, “it undermines student’s ability to learn how to make healthy decisions for themselves.”, not all students have been informed about the consequences of consuming junk food and often times need someone to guide them in making the right choice. If schools are promoting unhealthy snacks, students are encouraged to purchase the snack. If healthy snacks replace junk food, students have easier access to healthy food and junk food won’t be an option. When students are hungry, they will be forced to eat healthier because it will be the only option being offered. It is crucial that the government gets involved in this issue and acts now because “80 percent of teenagers who are obese remain obese as
“Product: The product aspects of marketing deal with the specifications of the actual goods or services, and how it relates to the end-user 's needs and wants. The scope of a product
This theory “Focuses on the human component of caring and the moment-to-moment encounters between the one who is caring and the one who is being cared for, especially the caring activities by nurses as they interact with others” (Kearney-Nunnery, 2016, p. 49). Healthcare systems have been focusing more on curing than caring. The costs of non-caring are quality, safety and medical errors. Inadequate staffing further distances the relationship between nursing and patients. When the patient feels like an object, they become dissatisfied (Pajnkihar et al., 2017). If management can apply a caring approach to administration, they will see the benefits of nurses spending more time with patients. This restores nursing to promote wholeness and healing. Focusing on a caring approach promotes adequate staffing to facilitate the nurse patient
How to Position the Product in Relation to Other Products – Where to sell/to whom do you sell? The Right Marketing Mix – Is the product right? , Is it sold in the right market? right places? , At the right price?, Is the product promoted in the right places?
Conclusion Companies are better able to market their products to consumers if they have a good Understanding of the consumers and the basic purchase decision process. By understanding the consumer and the type of purchasing behavior associated with different products, marketers are more likely to create a marketing campaign that positively impacts the consumer’s purchasing decision.
Before the internship, I thought judges were of course humans, but I was hoping they were nice. I thought it was going to be a bit intimidating, but I knew I looked up and aspired their profession. It was like the day I was going to meet my judge I was so nervous, yet I looked forward to it. I remember I was surprised different Judges would run their courtrooms differently. I thought they would kind of have a similar system for things, which they sort of do, but not completely. Generally speaking, the Judges are great individuals and are very unique. Most of the Judges have lived pretty interesting lives and seem to enjoy their jobs. The Judges seem to be very knowledgeable, and very considerate of the Jury, court reporters, and their clerks. The judges of course seem neutral when in front of the jury as expected. For example, Judge Lippitt, does not allow anytime to speak over each other in her court room she is always saying that they have to be respectful there is a human being recording this, referring to the court reporter. Then, she is very considerate of the Jury and their time, she will tell them the trial is longer at times to make them happy if it ends early. Further, Judge Lippitt really cares about the jury instructions and that they are as neutral as possible. Something I have learned from Judge Lippitt, is that you have to be very careful as a judge to notice when attorney’s are acting a little suspicious. Another very significant lesson I have learned from Judge Lippitt is that preparedness and awareness is really important.
Junk food. Is it the responsibility of schools to ban junk food and promote a healthy lifestyle for children of all ages between 6-18? Yes, yes it is. In my opinion schools promoting a healthy lifestyle is as important as the children’s parents’ responsibility. Schools have as much impact in that department as children are fed during school hours.
Physical piracy-the copying and illegal sale of hard-copy CDs, videotapes, and DVDs-costs the music industry over $4 billion a year worldwide and the movie industry more than $3.5 billion. These numbers do not factor in the growing (and difficult to measure) problem of Internet piracy, in which music and movies are transferred to digital format and copies are made of the resulting computer file. Journalist Charles C. Mann explains why Internet piracy has the potential to be vastly more damaging to copyright industr...
He listed these five factors as follows: “(1) informing, (2) influencing, (3) reminding and increasing salience, (4) adding value, and (5) assisting other company efforts.” (p.246). To clarify that, the first most important aspect is informing people, which means company needs to enhance the awareness of the consumer about their products by mentioning its advantages and features. Advertising also affects the products in two ways. Firstly, by basic demand, which builds consumer desires for old products of the company and secondly, refers to a new brand of the company.
Even though they were chosen by The Almighty they still went through struggle in some type of way. Jobs who believe that he was the enemy of God, lost everything in his life, he was suffering and he began to complain to God. He found the answer of his struggles by believing in God and be humble. Then, we come across David who was chosen by God to be king but had King Saul chase him for many year to try to kill him for his throne. For many year just running and hiding, David was suffering question God if he chose him to be king why must he suffer. Asking God to give him an answer, asking Him to tell David his troubles. We all go through struggles in life, many of us find different answers to our problems without going to The Old Testament for the answers. But majority of us find the answer in The Bible, while other find the answer at the bottom of the bottle. I would encourage people to read The Bible, with God you will be happier in life. Believing in God will find many answer too many people’s problems with their struggles in
