Diverse Perspectives on Hingston's Funeral Business

While reading the essays that my peers wrote about “The Death of the Funeral Business” by Sandy Hingston I was able to come up with the conclusion that my style of writing is very different than others. We were all writing about the same article but we all took different directions while writing our analytical response paper. My peers and I took a very small detail of the article and we analyzed it to show the purpose of Hingston. The fact the we were all able to find a small detail of the article that most of us missed is quite amazing. I have a very hard time staying concentrated, I get distracted by the smallest things so it’s hard for me to read. I probably read the article ten time, it might sound like a lie but it’s the truth. Even though I read the article a lot there were still many details that I missed. I wish that I would of noticed more of the tone that Hingston wrote the article with. The four essays that I read were not boring at all because they talked about a lot of different thing and I feel like mine is boring. I am not putting my writing down but I feel like it needs a little bit more of flavor. When I edit my rough draft I am going to add more details and explain why they are important.
