JB Hi Fi has sticked to maintain its brick and mortar stores during the past several years’ difficult time. By now, it still has over 160 stores in Australia. Therefore, people living in different locations of Australia could easily get access to one of its stores. Home theatres are technology-based products. Therefore, its customers must have some basic knowledge about new technologies. This made its customers mostly young or middle aged people. Within these people, who buy their first home or refurbish their homes are most likely to install a home theatre. As today’s home theatre is no longer that expensive, it is no longer just for rich people. Therefore, its customers may vary a lot in their income. Yet its customers still have one thing in common that is they are all quality life pursuers and have picky ears.
