Lastly, the company has a willingness to improve on services, quality and deliveries. The owner makes sure everything is going smoothly. He is always open for improvement and he makes sure that the problems occurring are solved quickly. Because of their willingness to outstand among others, there will be a new offer in two months or sooner which is a pet mobile for grooming where customers will just contact them and Aby’s staffs will be the one to go to their houses. There some negative factors that may occur on the operation of a business. For Aby’s, one of the threats is the economical change where target market may not have enough funds to spend on accessories and feeds that their animals need. Since not all customers have stable jobs or others may have lesser income when some changes on their income occur. Another threat is that possible prices may increase on vaccines and feeds that will affect the number of customers. If the veterinary practitioners association of the Philippines will increase the charge for the services, customers might not be in favour with the changes.
