CEO of Air Asia Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes which also known as Tony Fernandes showed this transformational leadership qualities in Air Asia management. After Tony Fernandes handling and managing Air Asia, it became successful, ideally and the best airline in Asia. He is a great and perfect transformational business leader. He had made a change in Air Asia and transformed it into a satisfactory company. Inspirational Motivation Tony Fernandes was a motivation leader and show inspirational motivation in managed Air Asia. He was totally committed to his business and followers during work. He was affable and approachable to the media too. He always motivates his team in doing their work. This will directly lower the value chain. Some indicators state that the compared with other low-cost market segment company, Air Asia’s productivity was excellent. He also came out with a lot of creative, innovative and new ideals for the company. For example, medical care, online booking and even travel insurance for their customers.
