There are many controversial issues concerning abortion in today’s society. Many people think that abortion is the worst thing that a woman could do and it should be banned. Bringing a baby into the world is one of biggest decision that a woman would ever have to make. Whether it’s planned or it happens by accident, women adjust their lives to accommodate the joyous occasions of conceiving the bundle of joy. Many laws have been set into play and many people have different views on the matter. Abortion, is this the right way or the wrong way?

She claimed that she was raped by someone and following that rape she resulting in getting pregnant. Later doing the trial, McCorvey changed her story, stating that she lied in pursuit of raising her chances of getting an abortion. Eventually, the baby was born and put up for adoption. McCorvey later decided to change her outlook of supporting the abortion rights. She became an activist for pro-life, which supports babies being born. In 1976 the pro-life group pushed for legislation to restrict abortion. Congress then passed a bill for the Department of Labor that will include ending the right to file an abortion on Medicaid funding known as the “Hyde Amendment,” which will ban federal funding for this type of procedure. It is, however, generally made sense that prevails and leads a person to hold a place that a fetus is not exactly a human being during the first few weeks of conception and that a mother is morally, ethically, and medically permitted to undergo an abortion if she wishes as such (Niebuhr) Many people think that their views on the matter are much better than the opposing side of things. The opposing sides believe that if a person who opposes abortion would agree on the premise that life as a human being begins at the start of conception. Given the human right to life, abortion is murder and must be outlawed. Most allow an immunity if the woman's life is endangered by determination of the pregnancy; others append pregnancy by rape or incest.
The majority of abortions in the United States are normally in the first trimester of pregnancy, but according to reports 8.5% (just about 100, 000) occur after 13 weeks’ gestation.
These delays can affect women being denied care because they are present with pregnancies beyond an abortion provider’s gestational age limit and are unable to obtain an abortion elsewhere. An “abortion provider” is a facility where abortions are performed.
