The main area of interest is --- Human Resources. The importance of HR is that we are one of the developing countries. Our country trying to use the experiences of developed countries, so Uzbekistan needs young professionals with an advanced country's experience. HR is important in our country, because the Youth needs supervision of experienced workers. We have strong theoretical background, but we need good Practice. Exactly this practice I'm willing to get from Humphrey program. Firstly I hope that I will be able to visit the lectures of highly rated Universities in USA. Human resources neeeds to be developed in our country, I'm sure the skills I will gain in this program will be useful to add extra in Human Resource sector of our country. In Uzbekistan we have days when community organizes voluntary works called " Khashar". On these days anyone who is willing to add their part in making our city even more beautiful can join others in cleaning the city streets, building new buildings,planting trees an so on. I'm a very active participant of these type of activities. For instance, I can say that all the trees in my street were planted by me and my Dad. I've been looking after them for several years, now the trees have grown tall and all the people enjoying under their shades, especially in summer when it's very hot. I do organize "KHashar" at work very often as well, I gather the personnel and we look after the area which belongs to the company. I think with Humphrey Program I will be able to enrich my experience even more and get the job in the Headoffice. The main activity of our company distributing products to shops located in Samarkand. We got sales agents who are responsible for providing our customers with British American Tabacco's products. Sometimes we are short of products because of scheduled delivery date failures or because of excessive demand. During the shortage period our agents are instructed to distribute the existing products in the most fair way as possible,they should divide products to the customers equally. So on one of this shortage periods, our agent miscalculated his stock and after serving one of his customers he realised that he actually hasn't got any of that type of product left in the van. The last shop he had visited was located very close to the next shop which he was supposed to visit. So the next shop owner had seen how our agent unloaded the products to that previous shop. He makes a wild and absurd proposal to help remedy the problems of overpopulation and poverty. Swift wants to make a political statement by using the “children” as satire to grasp the attention of the audience - the English people, the Irish politicians and the rich – and make them aware of the political, moral, and social problems. In “A Modest Proposal”, Swift’s arguments are presented effectively by using pathos (emotional appeal), ethos (ethics and values), and logos (logic reasoning and facts).

Swift states that the poor Irish should sell their children as if they were cattle, or better yet, eat the children themselves.
