A memorable event that happened in my life was when I found out I was pregnant and how I experienced it. It all happened unexpectedly , that I knew my life would change forever. The day I found out I was pregnant was on March 31st 2015. I had told my mom that morning that I didn't get my period for 2 months. She told me , "are you pregnant"? I replied, " I don't think so". That same morning when my mother and I had that talk , we went to the store to buy a pregnancy test. When I was about to take the test I felt very nervous and scared. Once i took the test , I left the test in the bathroom and went outside the hallway for a bit. I waited for about 4 minutes then I called my mom. We both saw that the test was positive and my mother and I couldn't believe it. …show more content…
My mom still couldn't believe it so she made an appointment for me at Crisis Pregnancy Center. They gaved me the appointment right away so I told my boyfriend to come with me as well. When we got there, some lady made me pee in a cup. She took me upstairs and ask me questions. I called my mother and boyfriend to the room where the lady and I were at. She did the pregnancy test and it came out positive. The lady told me I was about 3 months pregnant. I had a weird feeling and still couldn't believe i was pregnant. Tears came out of my eyes when i saw my boyfriend tearing up. The lady from the Pregnancy Center gaved me blankets and clothes for my baby. At that moment I felt happy, excited, and nervous. I left with my boyfriend that evening because he wanted to have a talk with me. He told me that he was really happy and that he was going to stick by my side no matter what. I was happy to hear those words come out from his heart. My boyfriend and I grew closer as well as I did with my
One of the most memorable moments in my life has to be when my grandaughter Aliana Marie Garcia was born. I had been waiting for her to come to this world for a whole nine months!. it was already a special day I held closely as my religion celebrates a special occasion on that day, it is called, "El Dia de Los Reyes", which is a special religious holiday in Mexican culture that is centered around small gifts for children. It was definitely a very wonderful surprise with the precious gift any person can obtain, the gift of life.
Community building can depict an idea of people coming together for a common purpose. The purpose may be unclear on why people are becoming a union, though it may involve the inclusion of people. In “Once Upon a Time” and “Rituals of Memory” both include the gathering of people, however the reasons for their togetherness are very different.
At only 8weeks I was excited to be expecting a child. The real joy came when I found out not was I only expecting a child, I was expecting two of them. Yes, Twins! To make it even better I learnt they were a boy and a girl. What an amazing time for me and my family! As the days pass and time was half way there, no one could wait for these babies to be born. It all started at only 22weeks the clothes, bottles, diapers, and anything a baby would need. Only to realize 2weeks later it would all be for nothing.
He came to our house that evening and as soon as he saw me and heard me cough he told my parents I needed to go to the hospital that night. I was terrified. I had never been to a hospital; well not since I was born anyway.
I took a deep breath and pushed till I thought my eyeballs would pop out. In a gush she arrived, and they laid her on my chest where she immediately started to nurse. My husband started to cry for joy and I just had the biggest grin on my face. I did it, I did it!!

An event that happened in my life is that I got married and then six months after our marriage we found out that she was pregnant. I was shocked that she was pregnant due to a medical condition of hers and due to my heart condition. I have a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It was a long journey and a lot of going to the doctor. My wife continued to do online classes while being pregnant and sick.

My second event was a little different. It was the event the totally changed my view of life. The unforgettable day was my wedding day. April 29th in the year 2002 was the day when I became responsible for my own life. Even though I have so many responsibilities I would never regret the moment I agreed to be my husbands wife. My wedding ceremony was the event that I dreamed of since I was a little girl. I imagined every detail of it. It was like a fairy tale wedding. I was wearing the most elegant dress in the world. There were three hundred people at the ceremony. I would never forget such a beautiful day.
My mom took me to the hospital. The doctor had drawn blood and made me urine in a little cup. After the tests came back, the doctor came back in tears and my mom asked what’s wrong. He said

It was December 4, 2014 and it was snowing outside. I was sitting at the kitchen table doing homework. All my family was downstairs, so I was all alone. My English teacher told us to write a paper about how I am different from my classmates. I was thinking about what in my life makes me different and slowly my whole life was playing like a movie in my head. The first memory that popped into my head was my fourth birthday party. It was supposed to be the best birthday ever. My dad was going to come. It was February 24, 2002 at my birthday party. There were so many people there, but I was so focused on my dad coming, no one else seemed to matter. My cake was pink and yellow with a bicycle on it. I had a red and blue inflatable that kids were
