It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Andres Kardonski. I have known Andres as a student for many years, and I have been his high school counselor since the 9th grade. Andres is extremely bright and gifted. He is the youngest in a family of four boys whom all have graduated at Balboa Academy. Andres is the kind of student that loves a challenge. Since an early age, he has performed much better if he is placed in rigorous and challenging classes. If you look at his transcripts, he has done better last year and this year, when he has been able to choose the classes he finds more difficult. Last year, he took three AP classes, which is the limit for students to take without having to be approved by the director. Andres
First I got my white belt in the other side I was kind of nervous because everyone their are strangers to me. The first thing I did was breaking boards with a front kick. And I thought that was easy. I started taekwondo when I was 9 years. Why wanted to be a blackbelt you ask here's your answer to protect myself. Taekwondo made me focus on my education more. My journey to black belt did not start with me walking by the academy and enrolling as is the experience of many students. I was told to either put in a 110 percent effort in it, or to have a seat. Basically, my mom told not to make any arguments. I decided to push myself more than I can ever imagine to being the
The lecture provided by Professor Elias Kary on the nineteenth of November merely was a recapitulation and overview of the previous lecture, plus a summarization of the past few weeks of class lecture/material. There was an overview of Applied Anthropology and how “anthropologists have a practical place in solving problems.” (Kary 2015) There was an overview of colonialism; the Maori and Moriori of New Zealand; and the history of anthropology itself. There was a foray into the work of Charles Mann and revisionist history, particularly from the point of view of his book 1491. World systems were discussed at some length and a short overview of the film from previous class session. Then the professor went into the structure and what the class needed to provide for the final paper the next week; class then concluded early on account of the large paper due.
Amos Kendall should be remembered for his love for the students. Edward Galaudet – from the age of 20 – dedicated himself to the school and its students.
I was born 7 weeks premature, this has lead to some health consequences in my life. My right lung never finished growing and this lead me to be susceptible to severe pneumonia when I was 14 years old. I was hospitalized at Children's Mercy Hospital and incredibly vulnerable. Due to the expert treatment of the highly trained hospital staff that I received, I have now fully recovered. Since then, I do everything I can to stay healthy and keep my body and lungs strong. I have changed my outlook on life, realizing that every second is a blessing and feeling like it is my duty to give my time to the world. That is why I began volunteering at Homeless Centers in Kansas City such as, the World Outreach Foundation and Seton Center. I focused in the medical departments of these centers but I felt like I could never give wholey of myself. I did not have the knowledge. But just blocks away from these centers is KCU, that is why I aspire to attend KCU, it is an institution that provided hope in my mind that I could give
Moreover, the student demonstrated a high reading ability that is somewhat beyond their grade level. I have identified that he is on or above his expected reading level. He should be provided enrichment in reading. By discovering this, his teachers can plan accordingly to build on his present skills and help him develop into a well-rounded reader.
This is the introduction to me, Anthony Martinez. I am a 14 year old freshman at Cesar Chavez High School. Most people don’t remember the first time they were conscious, but I do, it’s a vivid memory, I was conscious for the first time in my life in head start. I remember running down a field in the school and thinking of how great it looks. Soon after that, I switched to Alfred F. Garcia, since the school was closer to my house. I went to that school for about Kindergarten until 2nd grade, I moved houses, so I moved to Bernard Black. I only stayed there for one year though, since I didn’t like it that well. I went back to Alfred F. Garcia for my 3rd to 8th grade years. Those times were enjoyable but dull at times. That school

By becoming a school counselor, I am determined to become an advocate for underserved youth. I aim to become an effective agent educational reform, providing support for students in the various institutions that may disempower
This letter is to recommend, Ms. Marissa Korte, for your Rhodes, Marshall, and/or Mitchell Scholarships
I would be grateful if you would accept this letter as an application for the post of Assistant Headteacher at Welham. I believe that I have the required skills and experience to make a success of this opportunity and I intend, throughout this letter, to suggest ways in which my contributions would be of value to such a position within your school.
I, Erin Clark, am writing this letter in support of Antonio Yanez. I understand he has been accused of Burglary, Armed robbery- with a deadly weapon, and Kidnapping. I have know Antonio for more than half of my life. We have been like family since we were children. My mother and his mother have been best friends for more than two decades. So as you can imagine I have come to know him very well. One thing I can GUARANTEE is he is not ruthless, villainous, wicked, unprincipled, heinous, immoral or perverse. Therefore, I find these accusations ambiguous and dubitable.
Pasco is the 6th child out of 10 children. His mother, Fausta Jorolan, gave birth to fifteen children, but only ten survived and became adults. My grandfather, Pedro, was a hardworking student. He worked in the Abaca Department making abaca fibers. Mountain View College had a program, work education, in which the student earned his education from work credits. The number of hours worked had a corresponding money value which was used to pay the tuition fee of the student. He finished his ACS, Associate in Commerce Services, sometime in the early 1960s. Since he wanted to get a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, he went to Ozamis City, at Misamis University where the course was offered and he graduated
Leon Kah has requested me to write him a letter of recommendation for admission to the Honor College. Leon is a phenomenal student and will excel in the Honors College.
It is my pleasure to recommend Raymundo De La Cruz, who successfully completed my Federal Government 2305 course and is currently in Texas Government 2306 course. He did an in-depth research paper on Minimum Wage Policy. He has that combination of a positive attitude. I am confident that he will continue to display the same commitment and diligence in everything he does. I recommend Raymundo De La Cruz for your scholarship.
Being successful in school is not easy, but at the same time, as long as one stays focused on their academics anything is possible. Escalante’s strive to inspire all his students to have “Ganas” was amazing. I really enjoyed watching the video of Escalante teaching his students math problems in a fun environment. His passion and love for teaching was extremely
