Thinking about the booming world, I was drinking my tea peacefully. Early this morning, my husband, Napoleon, left to take care of the country's affairs. Usually, I would be out in the garden breathing in the fresh air and cherishing the beauty of France. However, today I just wanted to stay in my room where it is warm and drink the professionally made tea. Interrupting my thought, there was a knock on the door, and the headmistress came in with a letter in her hand. The headmistress greeted be politely "Your highness, this letter has arrived a while ago from an Egyptian messenger, would you like me to read it for you?" After a nod, she started reading the letter
"The Master of Abdeen Palace was commanded by Khedive Ismail to invite Empress

Effort and courage are never enough without purpose and direction, and the Egyptians established their purpose clearly and worked in its direction. Behind you is the result of thousands if not millions of Egyptian's effort. This is what we have been working for, for 10 years, and we finally were able to achieve it. Egyptians were able to make the first man-made canal joining the Mediterranean and Red Sea in the world. Believe me, this was not easy. But we are here now, celebrating this event that will change the future of Egypt and will return its glory that many tried to trample. I congratulate the Egyptians for their hard work and their sacrifice for the nation. Moreover, I would like to guarantee my people and the world that I will remain faithful to Masr El Mahroussa and will protect my land and promote its welfare as well as the welfare of the people who love and cherish this land. Dear guests, I sincerely hope you will enjoy this day to your full content. Thank …show more content…
I knew that Egypt was targeted from a lot of other nation's even France. However, Egypt was strong and won't fall quickly. Once I entered the Palace and into the ballroom, my eyes went as big as saucers. The chandelier was made of neatly cut pieces of crystal from which the light passed through them to illuminate the whole place. The floor was swept that you could see you're reflected evidently as a mirror. Servants were assembled in lines with silver cups filled with drinks on a silver plate. When musicians played, they looked like noble men discussing a serious issue through their music notes. Emperors, empresses, and princes, started dancing along this captivating music. I took a drink from one of the servants bringing it up to my lips to feel this terrific sensation. I was sure I tasted different types of fruits, but there was sure honey in it as well. It was such a new taste, and I had never anything like this

The two-century period of the history of the modern state of Egypt comprise of a series of remarkable events that have shaped both the country’s past and future. Over the course of these two hundred years, Egypt saw its declaration as a Khedievate by the then Wali of Egypt, Muhammad Ali Pasha. Following this, it fell into the British occupation, after its protector, the Ottoman Empire sided with the Central Powers. Under the British, Egypt was proclaimed a sultanate. Yet, its life as a sultanate did not last much, due to the anti-British sentiments among its people. Fearing a mass revlot, the British decided to grant Egypt its independence in 1922, thus proclaiming the Kingdom of Egypt, with Sarwat Pasha as its first Prime Minister. Though de jure an independent state, much of Egypt’s domestic and foreign affairs remained under the direct control of the British. This led to the revolution of 1952, which overthrew the King, abolished the monarchy and established the Egyptian Republic, which has survived up until today. The republic period was not one worthy of praise either. With all but the last of its presidents coming from a military background, Egypt received a small share of social justice and human rights. It experienced dramatic switches in its foreign policy orientation, its head being turned from the USSR towards the US in instanteous movements. Just when it seemed that the country had finally begun to walk towards a democtratic society based on the rule of law, the military stroke again, removing the first Egyptian president ever to come to office by popular democratic vote.
What was once a great and powerful empire has started to become a civil war zone. They created the Pyramids and one of the first recorded libraries. While Egypt has had hard times in the past, they recovered from them, the civil war that they are in now will be harder to recover from once it’s over. With war and economic problems causing people to die frequently due to either starvation or gunfire, Egypt struggles to survive and bounce back from their issues. Egypt continues to deal with the fighting and their future doesn’t look bright for them.

Egypt has a lot of interesting history for us along with many fascinating natural resources and culture. In Egypt’s history there have been many changes along with new pharaohs. The pyramids were built long ago in their history but still stand today. The Nile River is a special part in Egypt not just for the water but also transportation, fishing, and using the mud from the river to make things. The culture in Egypt is exciting. They had many artists, musicians, and entertainers who would perform for parties. There is much we can learn from in Egypt’s history and its culture, and this is just the beginning for all of the exciting and interesting things in Egypt.
Egypt has had many important and influential periods. A great country from kings, pyramids, royalty dating way back before Christ (BC), which are now still relevant. In fact, its influence still has a remarkable shape on today's political agenda. The primary sources of information about ancient Egypt relates to its many monuments. The current environment in Egypt is affected by many different variables which consist of social, political, and its military geopolitics. Therefore, Egypt’s rich history will always be a delicate topic when it comes to the dynamics of world politics.
It is considered to be a pillar of intellectualism, politics, arts and architecture. Egyptian history has endured the destructive force of time through the ages and has permeated into major spheres of contemporary society (Moffett, Fazio, and Wodehouse 36). Consequently, its influence on the modern world’s economy, politics, intellectualism, art and architecture cannot be over emphasized. In other words, Egypt can be termed as the founding father of a majority of the systems in the world. However, there has been a continual improvement, change and modification of the systems originally established in Egypt.

Choosing someone to marry is a hard decision, but the criteria for choosing the partner is difference. Some like to choose their partner by themselves but some want their parents to choose for them. For me I prefer love marriage. Even though it hard but I want to do it by myself because he is the one that I’m going to marry and spend my life with.
Jacob awoke in high spirits. He turned to give his bride a kiss and is horrified by what he sees. “Dear God, what have I done?” Grappling with his thoughts he tried to remember everything about last night. It was dark when he came to Rachel to consummate their marriage; his mind fogged from partying and drinking wine.
Today was like no other. Peter and I boarded the magnificent RMS Titanic at Southampton, England in quite the frozen weather. I, of course, had my second favorite wedding gift draped around my shoulders, my wool shawl that Peter’s mother placed in my care. Peter later told me that it was a great family heirloom. My favorite wedding gift, however, was the chance to embark on a journey aboard this magnificent vessel. "
Jason, Everyone has gathered here today because you and I have chosen to marry each other and they assume that we love one another. I can honestly say they are right, we love one another, but those words do not seem like enough to describe my feelings for you. I believe the love that we share cannot possibly be defined by three simple words, vows or promises that we say or make today. But instead, I believe our love should be defined by the unforgettable moments we have spent by each other’s side, the amazing laughs we share on a daily basis, and the way that we selflessly and authentically care for one another When we first met we fell fast and we fell hard.
The ceremony was simple. They spoke the old-fashioned, traditional wedding vows, and Pastor Luke’s sermon was inspiring. At the appropriate moment, Joe tipped up his wife’s chin and planted a chaste kiss on her lips. Lisa almost giggled at the expressions on the faces of the guests, who had expected a more passionate clinch. “We’re not putting on an exhibition!”
When any tourist goes to Egypt today they are overwhelmed and in awe of such a civilisation and in awe of the fact that the
