7 Day SLA: Over the past couple of months there have been several email reminders about CET managing to a ticket SLA of less than 7 days open, and we have indeed seen improvements in this area, but as always there is still room for improvement. Please keep working toward this 7 day SLA, whenever possible, and as always make sure you have a recent comment in any ticket older than 7 days with why it is still open and next steps. Skipped Tickets: Part of a trend we are seeing, when pulling reporting to monitor the SLAs, are tickets being skipped and no one picking them up to work for whatever reason. There are several different types of people in this world but when it comes to slobs, some people have a low tolerance for it. When you work in the medical field, you are supposed to be in an environment that is sterile and clean all around you. When you throw a slop into the mix of that, it definitely throws off the whole purpose of trying to be sterile or clean.
