Who wouldn’t love only four days of school, and three days off? The four day school week should be brought to all schools. Believe it or not it is quite common. Many schools from around the world are using the four day school week. The four day school week is far superior to the five day school week because it gives students and teachers an extra day to do whatever they want. Like catch up with homework, or to relax and remove their stress.
A four day school week is far superior because of better school performance. Professionals from all around the world have done their research and have tested it, they say that it significantly increases grades in every class by a large percentage. It also significantly decreases the dropout rate due to the extra time the student gets off. This extra day off helps build up his or hers confidence, making them try harder resulting in better grades. And lastly, students and teachers are better rested on the weekdays because they have more time to sleep and relax on the weekend. Stress can make students and teachers perform terribly. There are many benefits to the four day school week.

There are many benefits in time. For instance, it can give time for students to find part time jobs for learning how to work. Students really learn how to balance between school, homework, extra curricular activities, and their job. It also helps students because it gives them a three day weekend for extra curricular activities. The additional time might be used for studying or preparing assignments for the following week. Also it gives students more time to learn and ask questions, or student and teacher time, because of the longer classes that the four day school week
