Many events have occurred throughout history that have made impacts, whether it be globally or regionally. In the era between 1,800-3,200 B.C.E the Egyptians have been using hieroglyphs as their tool to maintain an organized system throughout their region, Egypt can be found in North Africa as well as Southwest Asia. In 2,000-C.E. Internet communications in North America have helped us in businesses along with being our reliance to do tasks on a regular basis. Although differences are encountered between these two they have much in common, they have factors and themes that affect people socially, economically and culturally. It was an accessible way of communicating and writing with other people because they could be found and made more simple. Like previously mentioned, that language was their way for people to communicate and socialize with one another much like the Internet in the 20th century. However, it was reserved for a small class of elites and scribes who had access to a unique education than those of lower class. Unlike today’s day and age in America where almost anyone may access the Internet, certain people had the opportunity to have an education. This comes to represent their hierarchy of power and influence. Like previously mentioned, Egyptians used this as a way to organize information throughout their region much like American businesses in the 20th century. This information that was recorded by the Egyptians could have also helped their future generations in maintaining order and balance throughout their region. Rulers could have accessed the information written from previous times as a mean of guidance.
