• Small manufacturing plant. • Not enough number of workers. • Two (2) separate facilities that are miles apart. • Costly deliveries. • No inventory and checkout list. • No cost analysis and quality control. The deal: Marcus is confident that Worldwide Trailers can grow into 20-million-business or even bigger. He proposed a deal to Tom and Nancy. His initial proposal is $500,000 for 50% ownership. Tom liked the deal and he wanted to go for it, but Nancy is having second thoughts. She believes that the business and her shares are much more than what Marcus has offered. Marcus has added $200,000 to the deal. He made it $700,000 so that $600,000 will go to the business, and Tom and Nancy will get $50,000 a piece. Everyone agreed and the deal was made. We can’t sit around wait for accidents and deaths to occur in order to do something about. There should be better safety inspections. Employees in factories should be given the correct safety equipment such as goggles, gloves and etc. There should be efforts to improving safety of the building. I believe current factory owners should be fired and make way for new and improved management. The minimum wage should be improved drastically. After all it is those workers that are doing the tough manual labor that makes a company flourish. Companies are nothing without their employees and they should treat them with more respect.

The inventory issue also ties in with transportation problems where accurate lead and delivery times are non-existent. The inventory turnover is not at its full potential because if the DC has merchandise yet the stores are stocked out, the inventory is frozen and will become obsolete.
These weaknesses go hand in hand. Not obtaining merchandise on time is a direct result of having “independent manufacturers” (Market Line, 2017, p. 5). Another thing that occurs from this is not being able to know the exact value of the “raw materials” that the bags are made from (Market Line, 2017, p. 5). This merchandise is produced in other continents, as well. This brings the “threat of foreign exchange risks” (Market Line, 2017, p. 4).
The global distribution services are indirect channels that provide distribution of ticket sales to travel sites, which in return charge the individual airlines for each ticket sold through these outlets. This is rather costly to each individual airline, as the airline is charged nearly $12 (Quora 2011), for each individual ticket sold through these outlets. If every passenger that flew during the year of 2015 with airlines that served the United States (895.5 million passengers USDOT, 2016), airlines would have been charged $1.07 billion by the global distribution services. Travel agencies are also paid commissions by the airlines as well. Indirectly,

One problem anyone is going to have in just about any industry is the amount of inventory to keep at warehouses. If there is too much inventory, then high costs will become a problem and hurt your bottom line. At the other end, if you try to save too much money by keeping inventories dangerously low, it may create stock-outs. These can infuriate your clients
From total government control to completely relying on the people to pay, health care policies range from one extreme to the other. In the film Sick around the world, it focused on five different democratic countries and how they have decided to handle getting health care for all of their citizens. The content provided in this film was very interesting since I have never really taken the time to realize that health care could be different in other countries.
