Trolls The film Trolls by directors Mike Mitchell and Walt Dorn has brought a lot of attention in such a short amount of time. While animation is not usually seen a genre full of inspiration or motivation, this production has very important messages to convey to the children of this generation. From the visuals and appearances of the characters, to the final message portrayed in the movie, the movie Trolls is full of positive and inspirational points. The DreamWorks Animation Film Trolls is an excellent example of how through animation, children can receive important life lessons. The film Trolls has been released since November 4, 2016 and has already received many reviews and positive feedback. This animation is a story about how these ugly, unique, lovable, and happy creatures are the course meal and perfect cure to feel happiness for the evil Bergen.
The story begins by one of the trolls being stolen by the Bergen and princess Poppy feels obligated to go for his rescue. Even though her friend Branch preferred to hide away and stay safe, he joins her on the journey. When they reach the village, she decides to join forces with a Bridgett …show more content…

There is a plot twist in the story where good and evil come together to help each other and reach two different goals. As children experience their school years, they choose whom to get involved with and whom they stay away from, creating cliques and groups throughout their school years. The division created by this sometimes causes more harm instead of true union. By coming together, learning to communicate effectively, and helping each other out children will bring this knowledge into their future work area, business, or throughout their education. If parents and caretakers inform a child that working well in a group and putting an effort to succeed is important while doing it effectively, they will grow up to becomes thriving individuals.     One of the occurring themes is of bravery. The Walls children face adversity when moving from place to place, dealing with bullies and their father goes into an alcohol induced rage. “Brian, Maureen, Lori and I got into more fights than most kids.” Walls tells the readers on page 164. The kids had to learn to stand up for themselves in a harsh community; they had to be brave. Walls also used the theme of forgiveness to teach about the importance of forgiving those who wronged you. Her parents constantly ignored their children’s needs and mistreated them, but in the end they were forgiven for all of that and they were a regular family. “We raised our glasses. I could almost hear Dad chuckling at Mom’s comment in the way he did when he was truly enjoying something.” (Walls 288). The purpose of this comment is to wrap up the story, but it also shows forgiveness and growth. By the end of the book all was forgiven, the neglect, the stealing, the cheating and the lying, and they were family. These themes in the book are an overarching device that is a great tool to show the moral or lesson of the certain story.

This example proves that the author did a good job because it’s showing you that it’s okay to be alone sometimes because you don’t always have to be with your friends and groups, also you should wait until there’s a good type for you of groups of friends in life. You should never feel like you have to be part of every single group in life. The boys did not know what to do, so they ran away to Windrixville, and lived in an abandoned church. They cut their hair and Ponyboy bleached his. Eventually the boys came to their senses and planned to turn themselves in. Dallas came to pick the boys up, but first they went to Dairy Queen to eat. When they drove back to the church they noticed that the church was on fire. Ponyboy and Johnny forced themselves into the church to save the children stuck inside. Ponyboy ended up with a minor concoction and some small burns on his back. While Johnny was not as lucky, an extremely large, heavy, and blazing hot piece of wood fell on him. Both boys were sent to the hospital. Johnny remained in the hospital much longer than Ponyboy. Johnny felt weaker and weaker every day and was getting worse by the minute. After a long and depressing journey, Johnny passed away. Therefore, their group of Greasers would now be presented with how loss and grief could drive people into making illogical decisions.
