Happiness There has never been a time in my life where I have not wanted to attend college. Prior to my senior year, I thought they day would never come when I would become a college student, enrolled at a University. Before my graduating year, 2015, it took so long to get to this point in my life. Every year was one step closer in reaching my ultimate goal, which was graduating high school and attending college. That is what my education has been about, getting to the higher levels. Everything that I have done in my schooling has been related to working towards my further education. How you might ask? Some kids just focus on that very moment, maybe even the next day. Me, I look into the future and can see where I want to go. I have made and reached many of my goals, but that does not mean I have many more goals I want to reach. I have unlimited expectations for myself. That is why I have not only worked to be the best person I can be now, but how I want to continue that for the rest of my life. I believe that the most important time to transform yourself into who you want to be, is in college. That is something I have heard for many people, and is something I highly believe in. My college experience is going to change the rest of my life in many ways. There is no doubt that I will have my downfalls, but I know that I will grow from my experiences and make it a good situation to grow as a person. It would have to be debatable one of the hardest, but most important aspect in your life you have to decide on. My parents, and many others, have always told me, and many other young inspiring students, that you can be anything you set your mind. Ever since I was little, there were a million things I thought I wanted to do with my life. My life is very much sports and athletic based. There is not a day that I am not either doing something athletic, or at least thinking or planning to be active in one way or another. This is a characteristic that I want to carry through life, which helped me narrow down my search for a certain major I wanted to study in. On the other hand, I highly enjoy helping and just being with people, a true passion of mine. A career path came to mind for me, Sports Psychology. These are taking my two main features and combining them to make a perfect career for me. I will plan on taking the undergraduate program in psychology, then continuing my career in a graduate program or master’s degree specifically in Sports Psychology. With this career takes great dedication and passion. I plan on keeping a very high GPA, that way I will be accepted in the graduate program I am interested in.
