(According to Bythenumbers.com) The US military protects the rights, freedoms, and beliefs of all people in the this amazing nation. The military risks their lives so we can put our families first. There are many components that are involved in the military. There is the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air force, and Coast Guard. Our military is important because they protect our country, sacrifice their lives to keep us safe, and inspire people with all the amazing things they do.
