What are some skills that an individual needs to be successful in a job? Well I say that one needs to be able to have patience, communicate, and have good work ethic is the key. These three skills are important to have when applying for a job or longing to strive in a job. If a person has these three skills they won't just be successful in the workforce but also excel in life. Nowadays it's not very usual for people to have these skills. If employee's have these skills and uses them to their fullest potential then they could even achieve to be employee of the year. Patience is important for employees to have because those who have worked before rather it be at a fast food place, clothing store, daycare, factory, etc. Or basically anyone that works around people daily. They can testify that customers or fellow co-workers aren't always polite and it takes a lot in a person to be patient. In today's society I see little patience from employees in some work locations.When an employee has patience I'd say their job is locked and secure meaning they won't even be considered to have less hours than they want. Maybe even when surrounded by other fellow employees if one lacks communication then the workforce as a whole won't reach it's full level of success. Kind of like the game telephone if everyone pays attention and listens instead of only hearing what certain people want to hear or only telling people what you feel like telling the phone connection isn't going to work. There are many ways to communicate now days it's kind of crazy. We have texting,emailing,calling,face-time, direct message on twitter,face-book messenger, direct message on insta-gram,private message on snap-chat the list could go on. To keep the train moving one must be able to start it which requires good work
