Many people have argued that the skills needed to be successful in today's workforce have changed. What skills do you feel an individual needs to be successful in a job today? Why do you feel these skills are most important?

To start I have to stay that skills are necessary for the majority of the aspects of our life, so the skills are not only necessary for job. So im going to refer in this text always about job skills, in this aspect of life our skills come naturally and others skills we have to learn it and are difficults to learn but also are necessary for get success in our job. There are many skills that can be universally applied in most jobs but there are also skills that can make or break a job for you. In my opinion the most important skills that you need for get the success in your job, are:

-hardworking: the first step to get a job is be a hardworking person, because there are too many people that are going to try to get the same job that you so you really need to be prepare in your job to get it, and the best form to be preparing for get the job is to be a hardworking person and work every day in your job. This also happen in work sometimes you need to work with a partner or with a group and you need to accommodate yourself in the benefit of the group and hardworking to get the best of you. And also I think that when you are working in a group of people you develop other skills, this is which I refer in the top of the text when I said: in life as in work you have naturally skills and skills that you learn during the process. So when you work in group you learn new skills necessaries for get the success. Also when you work in groups you need to understanding the other members opinions of the group so that makes that you oper your mind.
