Reflection Reflection can be defined as a result of two types of actions: Routine action – occurs through ‘take for granted’ everyday realities of life. It allows you to concentrate on developing other aspects of your life, making you a more effective and efficient decision-maker. Reflective action – is weighing up all aspects of the situation and making a conscious and informed decision about what to do.
