To begin with, we have to identify what exactly means for the words “public health”. In general, we usually divided into two different areas. Public health which refers to the health of the environment surrounding in public, such as public transport and public infrastructure. Another explanation of public health means to prevent disease produced by different channels and methods, which also is the most common meaning and what I will mainly working for this paper about public health. For example, health insurance companies often refuse to sell their health insurance to people who have been sick for a long time. The other davantage become a benefit to people is children can receive longer-term coverage, which the children can get health insurance coverage under their parents before kid get 26 years old. And the disadvantage from U.S public health system, the first people will think about but no longer exit is before the introduction of Obamacare, people can get bankrupt for high medical costs. Second disadvantage and personally I really hate is there is no any personal insurance include dental insurance, it is so suffering you can tolerate all the pain, expect toothache. In addition, some large health insurers have lost millions of dollars because of Obamacare, this would be unethical from the insurer's point of view. Moreover, there still have 19 states in U.S do not get Medicaid, which means people who live in those stats are suffer from medical problems. In the end there is a question of both advantages and disadvantages, United States always have a good move for high-technology which can increase the power of the state. Japan provide public health insurance almost for everyone since 1961, which means that all the people who is Japanese can use public funds to maintain their own health needs. In the meantime, Japan's public health system has always been China's learning target in my childhood memories. The public health is not mean how the medical parts work around, it also means the health behavior and perfect public health facilities. If you go to Japan, you will see there have a lot of trash cans on the street, and they are so pretty even do not look like a trash can. This is also required by government law, you cannot throw rubbish what you like. Basically, there is monitor monitoring in every place where you throw rubbish, and they monitor whether you have classified the trash or throw some trash that can not be thrown into the trash can. The strong point for public health in Japan which is I have been mentioned before, for the medical care they almost cover all the Japanese. In addition, Japan's medical prices are set by the Ministry of Health and Welfare fee schedule.
