I would like to thank you for the Middle School Counselor offer. I appreciate you taking the time to consider me and for answering my questions. At the same time, I feel honor with the trust and interest you have shown me.

After much thought, I've decided that now is not the best time to leave my current job. I know North West is a growing school with a lot of potential, but I would like to complete some projects that I already started at my school.
