Lacrosse is a traditional Native American game. The first game was witnessed by Europeans 1630s. At first it was an all men sport. Now it is both men and women
The lacrosse field looks a soccer field by the way the lines are set. The physical layout is one goalie, three defensive players five middies and three people on attack total is 12 players. Middies do most of the running on the field. They run with the attack and run back to help their defense as well. Attack stays on the other side of the field near the opponent's goalie trying to score.The defensive players guard the goalie and stop the other team from shooting
The equipment to play in the lacrosse a stick with a net are needed to cradle the ball. A ball is needed to play the game.
