GREAT ORAL HYGIENE IS ESSENTIAL!

It is important for those who wear braces to maintain clean teeth, gums and braces. You can do this by taking orthodontic oral hygiene advice from Dr. Seuss and keeping away from various foods. That way you can keep your gums and teeth healthy and get the beautiful smile you have always wanted. To maintain your smile and oral hygiene, always have a toothbrush handy and brush your teeth after all meals or snacks. It is a bit more challenging keeping your teeth clean while wearing braces. The following tips on how to brush your teeth while wearing braces will guarantee a clean and fresh smile. Use small circular motions to brush the outside of your teeth. You will also have to carefully brush the back of your teeth.
