Have you ever wanted to live in a city full of flying cars with completely automated self dimming windows. Or would you want to go to a floating stadium where any of your favorite sports. But you can also buy a house that comes with it’s very own floor absorbers that can clean anything. If I could design a futuristic neighborhood it would include dimming windows, floating stadiums, and floor absorbers. To begin with the dimming windows would be applied to all of the buildings not only homes and vehicles but huge skyscrapers for businesses and space ships if possible. How will it work,the dimming window will overtime learn what you like such as how dark the room is or when to brighten the room up and even learn where and how you like to sleep and your sleeping habits so that if you want that extra five minutes if you want to. One way way this could be useful is when you want to set the mood of say a awards ceremony or a party the usefulness of the window is endless. Multiple support thrusters will keep the stadium in the air they are high powered rocket thrusters and they are the integral part of this idea without them the stadium would not fly or be able to come to you so yes they must be strictly maintained. It’s uses would be this every fan wants to go and see the game themselves but they always can’t because of travel time, price,and some more reasons but they are by far the largest so the stadium will travel to the fan and via a short helicopter ride bam you're at the game. A problem with the stadium is that if the driver needed to make a turn or dodging some ducks that are flying next to the stadium then this could disrupt the game or even cause an emergency
The multi-purpose arena that I have chosen to evaluate is Boston University’s Agganis Arena. A new phenomenon happening in our city is the rebirth of many of our older and rundown areas. One of the best examples of this is the "Soulard" area of town, which now has an established nightlife as well as exquisite historical antique homes. Lafayette Square has also enjoyed the same type of success as Soulard. It is still in the middle of a high crime area, but is populated by upper-class people with beautiful homes with elaborate wrought iron fences and intricate security systems. This trend of fixing up old flats is spreading out from the areas of Soulard and Lafayette Square to neighboring communities at a rapid pace. The Compton Heights area is coming back with rebuilt old Victorian styled houses and private gated streets that contrast the French styled flats of Soulard. The Shaw and Tower Grove area are also following the lead of revitalization similar to these charming old neighborhoods.

The current stadium lights being used are poor when it comes to the efficient use of energy. LED lights are a modern and new technology which could greatly improve the stadium’s current power consumption. Along with energy, they could also provide the audience with light shows as leds can change color and brightness. This attraction could boost ticket sales and possibly pay off the LEDs and eventually even make profit. The stadium could greatly benefit from LEDs, and even make LED pool lights. The text, “A Ballpark Louder Than Its Fans,” by Michael Kimmelman was written in the April 2012 New York Times, recently after the Marlins new stadium was put into service. It was written to describe the new stadium in detail and explain its purpose for being built the way it was. Kimmelman describes the unique stadium with colorful language befitting the bright building. When we started walking towards the huge Stadium (that could hold 66,000 thousand fans!) I was really excited to go into the Stadium, we walked through a glass Walkway that you could see all of the fans that were at the game. Then we were right into the Stadium.
