“I want to become gluten free.” Ever since that day, I have eaten gluten free. Those words affected me in a positive way. I will never forget the life changing day, and how it happened. Of course, the day I decided to give up gluten I woke up with a stomach ache and a memory of eating pizza the night before. “Ugh, my stomach hurts what a great way to start my weekend.” I complained. In the kitchen eating breakfast my mom and I were talking.
