Football Passing

Passing is a key part in the game of football. The aim is to maintain possession to try and create opportunities to score and win the game.
When making a short pass, you must use the inside of your foot to keep the ball low, your spine must be upright and you should be leaning into the pass just before you strike the ball. Plant your non- kicking foot strongly beside the ball and hold your arms out for balance when you make the pass.
When making a long pass during the game you must be calm and compose to make fewer mistakes, use the laces technique by drilling the ball to switch the play to another teammate and make sure you judge the weight and height of the pass depending on the distance away from your teammate. Dribbling

Tackling
Slide tackle:

Tacking is another key area in the game as it allows you to win back possession for your team.
When slide tackling,
Run alongside your opponent (slide tackle is only recommended if your opponent is getting close to scoring. However never slide tackle from the back as this is illegal)
Bend the leg that is nearest to your opponent, as this will help you get up quickly after the tackle. Slide with the leg that’s further from your opponent (you should use your dominant leg to connect with the ball because you’ll have more control.)
Land on the hip of the extended leg, this position gives you better control over your foot.
Your foot must hit the ball before it hits the player. Or it will be a foul committed by you which will result in a yellow or red card.
Standing tackle:

When performing a standing tackle, you must plant your non-tackling foot firmly on the ground to provide a firm anchor. The inside of the foot should be used for tackling, not the toe, and it’s important to put the full weight of the body behind the football, and to get the head down over the ball. In the image you can see that the player making the tackle is well-balanced, but the player being tackled has been caught off
