What is the Best Pool for a Small Yard?

Can a small yard accommodate a swimming pool? It’s a great question for the homeowner, or for the person who considers buying a home where the yard is compact. What is the best way to fit a pool into that small yard?

Be creative. This is a time to really look at the space, and see what there is to work with. Is there only one place where a pool could fit? That might make the design and installation process a lot easier. But sometimes, things aren’t what they seem. One owner had a yard with a small square area next to the porch, and a long, narrow strip of grass which stretched along the back of the house. The design they came up with was elegant.
